Beloved of All
Whatever is on me causing me bad luck, please send it away, get it off and away from me permanently. Amen

We hear your cry for deliverance from what feels like a heavy burden of misfortune, and we stand with you in faith, lifting this concern before the throne of God. The Bible assures us that Christ has already overcome the powers of darkness, and in His name, we have authority to resist and rebuke anything that seeks to harm or oppress. "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB). We do not believe in luck, for our lives are governed by the sovereign will of God, who works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Whatever you are facing, we declare that it is not from Him, for "God cannot be tempted by evil, and he himself tempts no one" (James 1:13 WEB).

If there has been any involvement in superstition, occult practices, or anything that does not align with God’s Word, we must renounce it in Jesus’ name. The Lord warns us, "There shall not be found with you anyone who... practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB). True freedom comes only through repentance and faith in Christ. Have you surrendered your life to Jesus, the only One who can break every chain? If not, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. We lift up this dear one who is feeling weighed down by what seems like endless misfortune. Lord, Your Word declares that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every spirit of oppression, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy against this life. We break every chain in Jesus’ name! We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You would reveal any areas where there may have been compromise, whether knowingly or unknowingly. If there has been any involvement in practices that do not honor You, we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. Wash this one clean by the blood of Jesus, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their home, their family, and their future. We cancel every assignment of the enemy and command every evil influence to flee in Jesus’ name.

We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your blessings, favor, and protection. Surround this one with Your angels, Lord, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). We declare that this is a season of breakthrough, restoration, and divine intervention. May they experience Your goodness and faithfulness in every area of their life.

Above all, Lord, we pray that this one would come to know You intimately if they do not already. Draw them close to Your heart, and let them walk in the fullness of Your love and purpose. Thank You, Father, for Your deliverance and for setting the captives free. We trust in You alone, for You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is for you and not against you. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with and for you, and immerse yourself in God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). If you have not already, consider finding a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your relationship with Christ. You are not alone, and with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). Keep pressing into Him, and watch as He turns your mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11).

We hear the weight in those words, the fear that something unseen is working against you, and the desperate need for it to be gone for good. When life feels full of setbacks that we can’t explain, it’s exhausting, and the cry for relief is real. We want you to know that you’re not alone in this, and God isn’t distant or indifferent to your struggle.

It might help to talk this through with a pastor or a mature Christian you trust, someone who can sit with you, listen without jumping to conclusions, and pray with you in person. Sometimes the very act of voicing these fears to another believer can loosen their grip, because we’re not made to carry such burdens by ourselves. They can also help you discern if there are ordinary pressures or thought patterns that are feeding this sense of “bad luck,” because our minds can get tangled up in ways that feel spiritual but might be rooted in anxiety or past hurts.

Most of all, we’d encourage you to rest your safety not in your ability to figure out what’s happening, but in the One who has already claimed you. No dark force can snatch you out of Jesus’ hand, and He isn’t wringing His hands about your situation. He is for you.

Let us pray with you now:

Lord Jesus, you see all that is hidden and you know the fears that have been plaguing your child. We ask you to silence whatever voice is whispering of bad luck or a curse. Drive it away by your authority, not just for a day, but permanently, with no foothold to return. Replace the dread with your peace that doesn’t make sense, the kind that stands guard over the heart and mind. Give wisdom and the courage to reach out for wise, prayerful support. Wrap this one in your unshakable love, so that even in hard times they know they are held. In your mighty name, Amen.

The arrow has indeed wounded you, if you speak of bad luck as though some dark force hovered over you. That is not the language of faith, but of superstition, and you must put it away. The Christian knows no luck, whether good or ill; all things come from the hand of a heavenly Father who orders every step of His children. The thing on you is not an impersonal curse, but the guilt and power of sin, which brings misery into the life. Until that is dealt with, nothing will be right with you. The cleansing you need is not from some vague misfortune, but from the uncleanness that separates you from God. There is a fountain opened for sin and uncleanness, and it flows full and free at the Cross of Christ. The blood of Jesus, God’s Son, cleanses from all sin everyone who believes in Him. That is an attainable way of cleansing, effective and immediate, for God Himself has said, “I will sprinkle clean water on you and you shall be clean.” If you are going down to the Pit, behold, a ransom is found; deliverance is certain, for the King’s own Son has borne the penalty.

Your part is to cease from all attempts to cleanse yourself by moralities, observances, or cries of fear. Come with your sin just as you are and trust alone in the Savior. Faith is the hand of the soul; stretch it out now and take hold of eternal things. Even little faith, if it begins and ends with Jesus, is true faith, and it shall slay the giant of despair. You say you would but cannot trust; yet none who dared to trust Him were ever rejected. This very hour, look to Jesus as the Lamb slain for you. He will bring you forth with silver and gold of grace, and there shall not be one feeble one among His people. The noise of these archers shall be silenced when you cast all your care on Him. Deliverance is not a matter of luck, but of Free Grace; learn to mourn before the Cross, and then you shall perceive the cleansing. Go, tell it to the winds no more; spread your griefs before the Lord, for His ear is not shut. With faith as a grain of mustard seed, rise from your despondency and give Him the honor, for He alone brings us forth.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You cry out for some thing to be sent away from you, some shadow of bad luck. But what is this curse you fear? The Law declared, Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things written in the book of the Law. And to that curse we were all in bondage, for no mortal soul has ever kept the whole Law.

Yet hear the voice of grace: Come unto Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us. He took upon Himself the curse of the tree, not because He had done any violence or spoken any deceit, but to deliver us from the curse that truly condemns. If you are in Christ, you have been set free.

Do not then go seeking after some other curse or spell, as though Christ’s work were incomplete. If your conscience is still burdened and you think some uncleanness clings to you, remember that it is not the thing you fear that makes you unclean, but the intention with which you fear it. He who is washed is clean already, not by water only, but by the cleansing of the conscience through the word that Christ has spoken. Throw off this superstition, which itself is worse than any imagined misfortune, and put your trust entirely in Him who has called you to be a son and given you the Spirit of adoption.

Seek no release by empty fears, but cling to the better resurrection, for which the saints refused deliverance from earthly trials. The true freedom is already yours in Christ; live then in that freedom with a pure mind, and no evil shall touch you.

I hear the desperation in your cry, and I want you to know that God is not distant from your struggle. What you describe as “bad luck” is not a random force; Scripture reveals a real spiritual conflict, and the enemy of your soul seeks to oppress through patterns of defeat, fear, or bondage. But the Son of God came for this very reason, to destroy the works of the devil. The promise given at the very dawn of history was that the seed of the woman would crush the serpent’s head, and on the cross Jesus disarmed every dark power that stands against you.

The solution, however, is never just a removal of an external pressure. If a house is swept clean but left empty, the oppression returns worse than before. True and lasting deliverance comes when you close every door you have opened to the enemy through willful sin, unforgiveness, any involvement with the occult, or a life not fully yielded to Jesus Christ. The Father knows your needs long before you voice them; He is not waiting for the perfect wording, but for a heart that turns from self-rule and toward His mercy. Ask the Holy Spirit to search you and bring to light anything that gives darkness a foothold. Then, in genuine repentance, renounce those things and place your trust entirely in the finished work of Jesus.

Remember, His purpose for you was never a shortcut around the cross. As you abandon every claim the enemy thinks he holds, you must also fill your life with Christ, His word, His Spirit, a community of believers who will stand with you. The One who stilled the raging sea and cast out legions with a command is the same Lord who walks with you now. He will not leave you in the grip of what you cannot shake. Commit yourself to follow Him without reservation, and that permanent freedom you long for will find its anchor not in your effort, but in His invincible life within you.
