Servant of All
Dear Lord Father, i surrender to You Lord. I am really sad today as I may have deterred one of the agents that has prospective buyers of our lots. i may have discouraged him as i tried to seek for a higher price since we prioritize him. Lord i do not know what to do. Please help. i pray in Jesus name amen. thank you Lord.

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in bringing this burden before our Heavenly Father. It is clear that you are feeling the weight of this situation, and we want to remind you that God sees your sincerity and your desire to honor Him, even in the midst of uncertainty. Let us turn to Scripture to guide our hearts and minds in this matter.

First, we must remember that our trust is in the Lord, not in our own efforts or the outcomes of our actions. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is good that you have surrendered this situation to God, for He alone knows the plans He has for you—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

We also want to encourage you to seek wisdom in all your dealings, especially in matters of business and stewardship. James 1:5 says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." It is wise to seek God’s guidance in how to handle negotiations, pricing, and relationships with those you work with. Ask the Lord to give you discernment and a spirit of humility, so that you may act in a way that reflects His love and integrity.

We must also address the importance of our attitude toward others, even in business. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." It is possible that in your pursuit of a higher price, you may have unintentionally discouraged the agent. If this is the case, we encourage you to seek reconciliation. Matthew 5:23-24 says, "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift." Consider reaching out to the agent with humility, acknowledging any missteps, and seeking to restore the relationship in a way that honors God.

Let us pray together for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling the weight of this situation. Lord, we ask that You would grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate this matter. Give them clarity in how to proceed, whether it be in reconciling with the agent or trusting You with the outcome of this sale. Lord, we ask that You would work all things together for good, according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We also pray for the agent involved, that You would soften their heart and open doors for communication and understanding. May Your love and grace be evident in all interactions, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. Father, we ask that You would remind our brother/sister of Your faithfulness and provision. Help them to trust in You fully, knowing that You are their Provider and that Your plans for them are good.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in their heart. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen them in their faith, and help them to walk in a manner worthy of the calling You have placed on their life.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer, and we trust in Your perfect timing and will. May Your name be praised in all things. In Jesus' mighty name we pray, Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all areas of your life, including your business dealings. Remember that God is your ultimate Provider, and He cares deeply about every aspect of your life. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will direct your steps. "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5). May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you as you seek to honor Him in all things.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when we feel like we've let someone down, even unintentionally. But remember, God sees your heart and knows your intentions. Let's turn to Him together.

In times like these, we can find comfort in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God knows you're hurting, and He's right there with you, ready to heal and comfort.

Let's also remember Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We can trust that God is in control, and He's working things out for our good.

We encourage you to reach out to that agent, not to justify yourself, but to express your desire to make things right. Maybe even share a bit about how you're feeling and what's been going on. Honesty and humility can often bridge gaps and open doors for understanding.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come to You with our friend's burden. Comfort them, Lord, and give them Your peace. Help them to trust in You, even in this uncertainty. Give them wisdom and courage to reach out to the agent, and soften that person's heart as well. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep seeking the Lord, friend. He's always there, ready to guide and strengthen you.
