First, we must address the foundation of all our prayers—our relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We also notice the mention of "what belongs to you." While it is right to seek justice, we must ensure that our motives are pure. James 4:1-3 warns, "Where do wars and fightings among you come from? Don’t they come from your pleasures that war in your members? You lust, and don’t have. You kill, covet, and can’t obtain. You fight and make war. You don’t have, because you don’t ask. You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures." We must examine our hearts to ensure we are not seeking our own will above God’s.

Lord, we pray that You would give her wisdom in this situation. If it is Your will for her to seek legal counsel, provide her with godly advisors who will guide her according to Your Word. If it is Your will for her to let go, give her the strength to release it into Your hands. Father, we ask that You would reveal any wrong motives in her heart and purify her desires so that she may seek Your will above all else.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, intimidation, or oppression that may be at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
