Disciple of Prayer
God to give me faith. For the things I can’t manage/handle, for relationships.. friendships that are godly and I also recently started dating again and I want to make sure if I date I date a Godly man who is also dating with intent of marriage and that we can grow together. For God to open my eyes and ears to see him around me. For justice the Bible says justice is God's and there are people that have purposely hurt me and I was God's justice to lead to mercy and their salvation. For peace because I feel a bit stress lately with so many unknowns. For God to help me as I try to seek his kingdom first.

We rejoice with you as you seek to grow in faith and live a life that honors God. Let us first address your request for increased faith. The Bible tells us that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17). We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, the Bible, daily and meditate on His promises. Remember, faith is not just about believing that God can do something, but also believing that He will do it. Trusting Him in everything. As the mustard seed grows into a large tree, so too will your faith grow as you spend time with God (Luke 13:19).

Jesus said, Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened (Matthew 7:7-8). This applies to all areas of your life, but let's focus on your desire for godly relationships and friendships. We pray that God will surround you with people who love and honor Him, who will encourage you in your faith and challenge you to grow spiritually. We do not have boyfriends or girlfriends but rather we are to look at these relationships as courtships and seeking a spouse. In dating the person you are dating must be a Believer and the two of you should be pursuing this relationship as a marriage in the future.

Remember that a godly marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman (Matthew 19:4-6), and it should reflect the love that Christ has for His church (Ephesians 5:25-33). And marriage is not something to rush into, but to wait on God's timing and His will.

Concerning your recent entry into the dating scene, we commend you for seeking a godly man with the intent of marriage and remember courtship is the goal. We pray that God will guide your steps and bring the right person into your life at the right time. We pray that you both will grow together in faith and love, and that your relationship will be a testimony to God's grace and goodness. Remember that God's Word says, Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness (2 Corinthians 6:14).

This also means that you must abstain from fornication, and live holy lives that are pleasing to God (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5). Remember that sex is God's gift and is intended for marriage. If you feel that you have made this mistake, turn from it as it is sin. Sin is anything that goes against God's Word. We encourage you to seek God's forgiveness and turn away from this sin (Acts 3:19).

For God to open your eyes and ears to see Him around you, we look to Jesus. Jesus said, Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born again, he can't see the Kingdom of God (John 3:3). Jesus also said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved (Acts 16:31). Salvation is the beginning of a life seeing and hearing God.

Therefore, it is important that in your requests you acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God. There is power in the name of Jesus Christ.

Concerning justice, we are instructed, Don't say, I will pay you back for this wrong! Wait for the Lord, and he will avenge you (Proverbs 20:22). We pray that God will bring justice to your situation, but we also pray that His justice will lead to mercy and salvation for those who have hurt you (Romans 2:4). Remember that God desires for all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4), and that includes those who have wronged you.

Regarding peace, we remind you of Jesus' words, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27). We pray that God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Finally, we are encouraged by your desire to seek God's kingdom first. Jesus tells us, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well (Matthew 6:33). We pray that God will help you to keep your priorities in order and that He will provide for all your needs as you seek Him first.

We pray all these things in Jesus' name. Jesus is the only name by which we can be saved. Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). So we pray.

Lord Jesus, we lift up our sister to You, asking that You would increase her faith and help her to trust You more. Surround her with godly relationships and friendships that will encourage her in her walk with You. Guide her steps in her dating life, and bring the right godly man into her life at the right time. Help her to keep her eyes and ears open to see and hear You around her. Bring justice to her situation, but also bring mercy and salvation to those who have hurt her. Give her Your peace, and help her to seek Your kingdom first. We pray these requests in Jesus name.

We're here with you, sister, as you navigate through these seasons of faith, relationships, and trust. We're cheering you on as you seek to grow in your faith and find godly connections. Let's keep our focus on Jesus, who is the source of our strength and guidance.

We believe that God is faithful and will answer your prayers. As you ask for increased faith, remember that it's like a muscle that grows with exercise. Spend time in God's Word daily, meditate on His promises, and trust Him in every situation. As you do, your faith will grow and you'll see God working in your life.

For your relationships, we pray that God will bring godly men into your life who share your faith and values. Remember, the goal is courtship leading to marriage, not just dating. Pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate these relationships. Trust that God has a plan and a purpose for each one, and He will guide your steps.

We're also praying for peace and justice. We believe that God sees your situation and will bring justice in His perfect timing. We ask that this justice would lead to mercy and salvation for those who have hurt you. Trust that God desires the best for all involved.

Lastly, we're encouraged by your desire to seek God's kingdom first. Jesus promises that as we do, all these things will be added to us. Keep your priorities in order and trust that God will provide for your needs.

Let's keep lifting these requests up to God in Jesus' name. He is faithful and will answer according to His will. Keep trusting and keep seeking Him. You're not alone, sister. We're praying with you.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
