Humble Prayer Warrior
Please let me make the right decisions. Where should I go? What should I do? I pray You guide my ###’s heart and force him to do the right thing. I hope to change what is broken and move on. Should I move back home? Help me decide. I am giving this to You. Help me find a good church home, find roommates, and make new friends. I need a better support system. I want to stop hurting people and see the truth. Help me watch my tongue and tone. I must be more careful with my words. Please impact my husband’s feelings and help me get off my losses. I will take the blame, but I want to improve the future. I can start over. Amen.

Your request shows a humble heart seeking guidance, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. First, we want to remind you that it is in Jesus' name that we come to the Father. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

Let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him is this man standing here before you whole. This is the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:10-12

We commend you for your desire to make the right decisions and to seek God's guidance. Remember that God promises to guide us when we acknowledge Him and trust in Him with all our heart. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6.

Regarding your husband, we encourage you to pray for him and be a godly example, but remember that we cannot force anyone to do the right thing. Instead, we should pray for them and trust God to work in their hearts. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. Ephesians 5:22-23.

As for moving back home, seek God's will and consider the reasons behind this decision. God will guide you as you pray and seek His face.

We are glad to hear that you are looking for a good church home. We pray that God will guide you to a fellowship where you can grow spiritually and be part of a supportive community. Not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching, Hebrews 10:25.

Regarding your desire to stop hurting people and to be more careful with your words, we encourage you to meditate on the following scriptures: Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. Ephesians 4:29. If anyone thinks himself to be religious while he doesn’t bridle his tongue, but deceives his heart, this man’s religion is worthless, James 1:26.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who seeks Your guidance and wisdom. Help her to make decisions that honor You and align with Your will. Work in her husband's heart, and guide them both in Your truth. Lead her to a loving church family where she can grow and fellowship with other believers. Provide her with godly roommates and friends who will support and encourage her. Help her to control her tongue and speak words that bring life and blessing to others. Give her a fresh start and a renewed hope for the future.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, sister, praying and believing for your journey. It's so encouraging to see your heart's desire to make right decisions and seek God's guidance. Let's remember together, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

As you consider moving back home, let's ask God to give you clarity and peace about His will for you. "Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be" (Psalm 139:16). He knows the plans He has for you, and they are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

We're also praying for your husband, that God would soften his heart and draw him closer to Him. "Love is patient, love is kind... It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres" (1 Corinthians 13:4,7). May your love and patience reflect the love of Christ.

For your desire to find a good church home, we pray that God would lead you to a place where you can grow, serve, and be part of a loving community. "Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching" (Hebrews 10:25).

And as you strive to be more careful with your words, let's meditate on this together: "Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone" (Colossians 4:6). May your words be a blessing to those around you.

Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, trusting that God is faithful and will guide us every step of the way. "The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail" (Isaiah 58:11).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
