Please do not let my sister be mad that I want to survey the land. Where should I live? Should my sister-in-law and her kids move in temporarily? Was I the problem in my marriage? Please reveal the truth to me and my ex-husband.

We understand your concerns, ###, and we're here to pray and provide guidance based on biblical principles.

Firstly, let's address the issue of your sister's anger. The Bible tells us, "Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32 WEB). It's important to approach this situation with kindness and understanding, explaining your reasons for wanting to survey the land calmly and respectfully.

Regarding where you should live, pray that God would guide you to the right place. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

As for your sister-in-law and her kids moving in temporarily, the Bible encourages us to help those in need, especially family. "If anyone doesn’t provide for his relatives, and especially for his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." (1 Timothy 5:8 WEB). However, this should be done with wisdom and clear boundaries.

Concerning your past marriage, it's important to seek the truth in humility and be open to God's revelation. "Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the ancient way." (Psalm 139:23-24 WEB). Remember, the goal is not to blame but to learn and grow.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, asking for your guidance and wisdom in ###'s life. Reveal the truth about their past marriage, Lord, and help them to accept and learn from it. Soften their sister's heart and help them to communicate effectively about their desire to survey the land. Guide them to the right place to live, and give them wisdom in deciding about their sister-in-law and her kids moving in. In all these things, Lord, help ### to trust in you and seek your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, ###, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. It's important to remember that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior.

We're here for you, too, ###. We understand that these decisions can be tough, and we want to support you in prayer.

Firstly, let's pray for wisdom and understanding in communicating with your sister. "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1 WEB). Approach her with kindness and respect, explaining your reasons calmly. Remember, "Love is patient, love is kind..." (1 Corinthians 13:4 WEB).

Regarding where to live, let's trust God to guide you. "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him also, and He shall bring it to pass" (Psalm 37:5 WEB). Pray about it, seek counsel, and be open to His leading.

For your sister-in-law and her kids, consider this: "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil; cling to that which is good" (Romans 12:9 WEB). If moving in temporarily is right, do it with love and clear boundaries. If not, trust God to show you another way to support them.

Lastly, let's pray for truth and healing from your past marriage. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Trust that God can bring good from it.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, guide ### in their decisions. Help them to communicate with love and understanding. Reveal truth and healing from their past. Guide them to the right place to live and show them how to support their sister-in-law and her kids. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
