Help ### With Drinking Problem

Dear Lord, I come to today Lord to ask for your help. My husband has been drinking really heavily since March of this year. He never used to drink like this. We have had him in hospital help twice with the last 2 months as soon as he gets out he starts drinking, doing to me and the rest of the family. We are all worried about his drinking. He doesn't realize what his drinking is doing to me and the rest of the family. Lord, please talk to his mind, body, soul, and let him see the harm and affects it's having on him and the rest of us. Please, please let him sober and stay like that. He stays drunk all the time. He wakes up drunk and starts drinking again. Please Lord, help me with this before it's too late. Please Lord, thank you Lord in your name I pray. Dear Lord in heaven above, amen.

Lord, the devil is trying to destroy our families and I pray a hedge of protection around this family and I beg you to touch this husband's mind and heart. Break this addiction immediately. I plead the blood of Jesus over this entire family. I pray that no weapon formed against them would prosper. Father you said many are the afflictions of the righteous but we shall be delivered out of them all. I pray that you would give this wife strength and courage. Heal her hurting heart. Give her the reassurance, that it is going to be okay. I pray you would give her wisdom, guidance and divine direction. On exactly how she is supposed to support him and protect herself at the same time. As she fights for the safety and well-being of her husband.

I know that you are a God of restoration. I pray father that you would restore this man. In every area of his life. I pray you would deal with the root of the problem. You said there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed. I pray father that you would reveal to his wife what it is he is trying to escape from. I pray you would reveal to him the pain that his recent choices and behavior is causing his wife. And the concern his whole family is experiencing. Father I pray you would create in him a clean heart and renew an upright spirit within him. I pray you would open the communications between this husband and wife. I pray that he would be open and transparent regarding what is on his heart. I pray he would be sensitive and compassionate to his wife's concerns and needs. Father I am asking for the healing restoration of this entire family. I pray you would give this wife comfort and peace that surpasses understanding. In Jesus name I pray Amen.
