Your burden for your friends is clear and the Lord hears the cry of those who bring others before Him in prayer.
For your first friend who is living with his parents and is looking for full time work, pray that God will open a fitting door. Scripture shows that God left room in His own law for Himself to work, even in a case that looked incurable, so that if He desired to heal He had made provision for cleansing. In the same way we should always give God room to work in situations that feel closed. Nothing is too hard for Him and He is able to provide work that is manageable, not crushing, and that supplies what is needed for daily provision. Ask Him to guide this man to the right place and to give him favor and steadiness as he waits.
For your second friend who is facing undeserved backlash at work, the Lord sees the injustice and He knows what it is to be mistreated. It is right to want truth to be known and blame to rest where it belongs, and to want corrupt and dishonest dealings to stop. At the same time God calls His people to walk after the Spirit and to make no provision for the flesh to fulfill its desires. That means not giving place to revenge, bitter retaliation, or hatred, even when the wrong is real and repeated. Vengeance belongs to the Lord and He will judge righteously. Part of the pain you describe comes from the reality that God has given every person the power of choice and He does not violate that free will. He has gone as far as He can to draw people, but many choose to reject Him and to live without regard for Him or for others, and that choice bears fruit in the way they treat people. God has made only one provision for sin and for reconciliation with Himself, and that is through Jesus Christ alone. Jesus said He is the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father except through Him. The Holy Spirit bears witness to that truth. Apart from Him there is no forgiveness. This is why workplaces without Christ can be so hard, and why your friend's faithful devotion as a Christian stands out. Pray that God will sustain him, give him wisdom to act honestly and to speak truthfully without being overcome by anger, and give him strength not to quit out of despair but to stand firm unless the Lord clearly leads him elsewhere. Pray also that what is hidden and dishonest would be exposed in the right way, not for personal payback but for justice and for the good of those being harmed.
It is good to seek prayer support, and above all to keep bringing these needs directly to Jesus. He is the only mediator and the only provision God has made for our guilt, and through Him we have access to the Father.
