Help prayers please that bad leg cramping leaves so I can sleep well and this filling looks like it’s chipping away when I ate something, just had it done a few weeks ago, dentist is very difficult to reach very busy and feels like some chalky filling in my mouth. Also praying for this ### to have wisdom in guidance with all that’s going on with my car and we can meet soon. Protection Favor and blessings for us All

Leg cramps are caused by lack of water, potassium and magnesium in the leg.
Try drinking a glass of water before you go to bed and take potassium and magnesium suppliments
