Help my family and myself

We want to thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting you and your family before the Lord in the days since you shared your heavy burden and we continue to remember you.

We have been praying specifically for the deep grief and depression you have carried since your husband passed a year ago, for the days when you do not want to leave your room and you do not want to wake up and wish to pass away in your sleep. We have asked the Lord to comfort your broken heart and to be near to you as He promises in Psalm 34:18 and to heal your broken heart as He promises in Psalm 147:3, to lift the heaviness and give you strength for each day and hope for the future. We have also been praying for your daughter, for her deliverance from drug use and from the abusive relationship that has brought her into such danger and has led to her being in a coma so many times, for protection from the violence that has entered your home, from the smashing of the house and the harm you have suffered when she is intoxicated and from the former boyfriend who has choked her and damaged your home. We have prayed for her to be willing to turn from drugs and from that man and to receive help. We have prayed for your housing need as you face the loss of the home to repossession, that God would provide a safe place for you to live and wisdom for the difficult decisions about boundaries with your daughter, and for your son as he has tried to help his sister and has offered you a place to stay. We ask God to give you all wisdom and peace and protection and to make a way where there seems to be no way.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We want to keep standing with you for as long as it takes.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.

We pray for you now, Father we lift this dear sister and her family to You, we ask You to surround her with Your comfort and presence in her mourning, to hold her in her depression and to give her desire to live, to keep her safe, to set her daughter free from addiction and abuse and to break the hold of violence in that home, to provide safe housing and wise counsel and to restore this family according to Your will. We ask all these things in Jesus Name. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have been continuing to lift you up before the Lord in these days since you shared your burden with us. We have been praying for you in your deep grief over the loss of your husband one year ago and in the heavy depression that has kept you from wanting to leave your house or your room and has made you not want to wake up most days. We have asked the Lord to surround you with His comfort and hope and to remind you that He is close to the brokenhearted as He promises in Psalm 34:18 and that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3.

We have also been praying earnestly for your daughter and for your whole family. We have brought before the Lord her struggle with drugs and the terrible abuse and overdoses that led to her being in a coma seven times, the continued contact with her abusive ex boyfriend, the violence and destruction in your home, and the pain of her hitting you while intoxicated. We have asked God in Jesus Name to protect both of you, to break the chains of addiction and abuse, to bring deliverance and sobriety and to give her a desire for wholeness and for safe and godly relationships. We have prayed for your protection and peace in your home and for wisdom for you as you face the added burden of having to move because the house is being repossessed and as you wrestle with the painful decisions about housing and boundaries, especially with your son offering you a place to live but not being able to include your daughter because she has not been willing to abide by his rules.

We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord will provide for your housing needs, that He will give you wisdom and strength for each difficult decision, that He will comfort your family and draw each of you closer to Him, and that He will guard your heart and mind and give you renewed strength to face each day.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We want to keep standing with you and your family before the throne of grace.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus Name, Amen.
