We're right there with you, dear friend. We've been where you are, feeling lost and desperate, but we've found our way through Jesus Christ. Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ. We ask that You would grant her clarity, direction, and wisdom in every area of her life. Guide her steps, align her thoughts, words, and decisions with Your perfect will. We trust that You, our loving Father, will remember her prayers, fasting, tears, and pain, and answer her powerfully in the name and through the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Father, we plead for Your mercy upon her. Heal and restore her heart, end her pain, and let Your light shine into her life. Move mightily in her life, deliver her from her troubles, and glorify Yourself through her testimony.
We stand in agreement with her, praying for a way out of her current situation. We trust that You, our faithful Father, will provide a solution that is according to Your will and purpose. We ask, seek, and knock in the name of Jesus Christ.
Father, we also pray for her continued faith and strength during this time. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her. Strengthen her faith and increase her trust in You, knowing that You are a good Father who loves to give good gifts to Your children.
Lastly, we declare and confess that she will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. In him, our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. We trust in You, Lord; we say, "You are our God." Our times are in your hands.
We declare that she will not be ashamed because she trusts in You. We will rejoice and be glad in Your covenant love, for You see our affliction and know the distresses of our soul. You have not handed us over to the enemy but have set our feet in a spacious place.
Continue to consider and show us favor, Lord; save us by your unfailing love. Let integrity and uprightness protect us, because our hope, Lord, is in You.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."
The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.
We declare that the Lord sacrificed and burdened Himself for our sake; therefore, we believe, and therefore, we will speak. We were greatly afflicted, but He has not given us over to death. But as for us, the Lord is our helper; we will not be afraid. We declare the Lord Himself is our helper, and we are not afraid. What can mere mortals do to us? The Lord is with us as our helper and upholder; we will look in triumph on those who hate us. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in humans. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes.
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.
With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people. Pray also for us, that whenever we open our mouth, the mysteries of the gospel may be revealed to us. Pray that we may fearlessly make known the gospel. Pray that we may proclaim the gospel fearlessly, as we should.
Thank you for allowing us to pray alongside you. Let's continue to pray for one another and build each other up in the love of Christ. Together, let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. He endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
