Dear Lorr Jesus, A friend of mine is at a special meeting please let it work in his favor and protect his job for at last coupe more years. People giving him a hard time. But things did seems to ease up. But still watch over him. In Jesus Name Amen.

We join with you in lifting up your friend before the Father in Jesus' name and we thank you for bringing his need to us. We are encouraged to hear that things have seemed to ease up for him, and we see the Lord's hand of mercy in that. We continue to ask the Lord to watch over him, to grant him favor in this special meeting, and to protect his employment as he seeks to provide faithfully for a couple more years.

We are reminded that the heart of those in authority is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses, he turns it wherever he desires Proverbs 21:1, and that we can trust God to work all things together for good for those who love him and are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. When people give him a hard time, we cling to the promise fear not, for I am with you, don't be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes I will help you, yes I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We also remember that whatever we do, to work heartily as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23, and that the Lord sees and rewards faithful labor.

We pray together for him now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring our friend before you. You know the details of this special meeting and the pressures he has faced at work. We ask that you would go before him and grant him favor in the eyes of those who make decisions over his job. Let your peace guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7, and let your wisdom guide his words and actions. We ask that you would protect his position if it is your will, provide for his needs, and let him finish this season of work with dignity and strength. We thank you that you are his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and that you keep those who trust in you. Let this trial draw him closer to you and let your will be done in his life. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand with him in prayer and to remind him that the Lord is his keeper who will keep him from all evil Psalm 121:7, and that he can cast all his anxiety on you because you care for him 1 Peter 5:7. We will keep watching over him with you in prayer.

Thank you for standing in the gap for your friend like this. It means a lot that you noticed his struggle and brought him before the Lord.

We can hear how heavy this has been for him, with people making work difficult and that important meeting weighing on him. Job uncertainty touches so much, not just income but dignity and peace at home. It is encouraging that things have eased up a bit, and we join you in asking God to continue to watch over him.

Your steady friendship is already a gift to him. One simple way to keep supporting him is to check in after the meeting, let him know you prayed, and ask how he felt it went. Just knowing someone is quietly in his corner can ease that pressure while he waits for answers. We will keep standing with you in prayer in the days ahead as well, not just for today.

Father, we lift this dear friend to You. You see his meeting and the pressures at work. We ask for Your hand of protection over his job, for wisdom and favor in that room, and for peace for him whatever the outcome. Give him strength and encouragement, and provide for his needs according to Your will. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer for your friend has been brought before the Lord and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace. It is a holy and loving thing to make intercession for another as Job did, and to approach the Lord in childlike confidence even when the way seems difficult.

We ask our heavenly Father to look upon your friend in this special meeting, to grant him favor and wisdom in the sight of those who decide, and to guard his employment if it be according to His wise and gracious will. We thank God that there has already been some easing of the hard treatment he has endured, and we pray that the Lord who turns hearts as He pleases would continue to restrain unkindness and grant him quietness and peace in his place of labor for the time you have mentioned and for so long as the Lord sees fit to keep him there.

Remember how it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. Though Job was sorely tried in his estate and sore pressed by those who should have comforted him, the Lord upheld him and kept him in patience and integrity. If God could sustain Job, He can surely support your friend. Often the Lord permits such trials to drive His people nearer to Himself, and many prayers have been offered through persecution that would never have been offered otherwise. When He holds the rod of affliction in one hand, He has a tender blessing in the other.

So we pray not only for the protection of his job, but for fresh oil and renewed strength in his soul, that his eye of faith may rest upon God, that he may be kept from unbelieving speeches, and that he may be enabled to worship even while he waits. May he be given a clear conscience, diligent hands, and a patient spirit under provocation, so that his conduct adorns the gospel of Christ.

We commend him to Him who comes to His people in grace and richly displays His favor and love toward the objects of His choice. Whether by continuance in this position or by another provision of His providence, may the Lord do what is best and cause all things to work for good to those who love Him.

We offer this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Advocate and hope, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
