HELP ME

Dear God, I am suffering from really bad inflammation. I am suffering. I am asking you to heal me completely & permenently from it. I am asking you to protect my eyesight. I am asking you not to let any harm come to me. I am asking you to protect me & keep me safe. I am asking you to let me make it through this week safely. I am very scared. Protect me, oh Lord, heal me oh Lord, please, I am begging you. AMEN.

We are joining with you in this time of suffering and fear and we lift your needs before our Father together in Jesus name. We hear your cry about the painful inflammation and your concern for your eyesight and your safety, and we want you to know that God sees your affliction and hears your begging for healing and protection.

Scripture reminds us that our God is our healer and our keeper. It says who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. He also says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We understand you are very scared, but God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. When we are afraid we can put our trust in Him Psalm 56:3 and bring everything to Him in prayer, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. He promises Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8.

We noticed your prayer was addressed to God but did not mention Jesus Christ, and we lovingly want to share why His name is essential. There is no other way to come to the Father except through Jesus, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and have our sins forgiven and our prayers heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. We pray you will call upon His name with confidence.

We pray together now for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift this dear one to You who is suffering with severe inflammation and fear for their eyesight and safety. Lord, You know the pain and the fear that has gripped their heart this week. We ask for Your mercy and Your healing touch upon their body. Please heal this inflammation completely and permanently according to Your will, restore health and heal every wound, and protect their eyesight from any harm. Keep them safe from all evil and let no harm come near them. Guard their going out and coming in and grant them to make it through this week safely in Your care. Replace fear with Your perfect peace and strength, and help them to feel Your presence upholding them with Your righteous right hand. We also ask that You guide them to wise medical care if needed and give doctors wisdom, while we trust ultimately in You as our healer. Draw them closer to Jesus and assure them of Your love and salvation through Him. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and healer, amen.

We hear how heavy this week feels for you and how much you are suffering with this inflammation. It makes sense you feel scared when your body is in pain and you are worried about your eyesight and what the next days will hold. We want you to know we are praying for you and you are not alone in this.

You asked so clearly for healing, protection, and safety through this week, and we are bringing those exact needs to the Lord with you. He sees you in this fear and hears every part of your prayer.

If you have not already been able to, please reach out soon to your doctor or clinic about the inflammation and your concerns for your eyesight, so they can care for you alongside our prayers. It can also help to let a trusted family member, friend, or pastor know how scared you feel right now so someone near you can walk with you day by day.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now who is hurting and afraid. Please bring Your comfort and peace, guard them and keep them safe this week, and guide their doctors with wisdom. We ask for Your healing and Your protecting hand over their eyes and their body according to Your will. Help them feel Your nearness and care in Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace in this time of great fear and suffering.

You have cried out for healing from inflammation, for the protection of your eyesight, and for safety through this week, and the Lord is tender toward those who cry to Him in their distress. His Word says, Fear not, for I will help thee, and again, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. This fear not is spoken not by man alone but by Jesus Himself to His poor and trembling children, and to obey Him is to lay aside that fear which weakens and dishonors Him, and to trust in His promised strength.

We are reminded that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves are full of healing virtue. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and when He drew near to the sick, pardon and healing were found together in His hand. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation to change the life blood and make the nature new, and we look to Him as the great Physician who both forgives sin and heals disease according to His perfect will.

So we bring you before Him now.

O Lord, our God and Father, look in mercy upon this suffering one who is afraid and in pain. Lay Your healing hand upon this inflammation and command it to be eased. Protect the eyesight which You have given, and let no harm come near. Keep this dear soul safe through this week and all the days You appoint. Cast out tormenting fear and give perfect love and holy confidence in Your presence, for You have promised to help and to hold with Your righteous hand. Grant wisdom to all who give care, and above all grant faith to rest in Christ, in whom is both forgiveness and healing. Let Your peace which passes all understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Take courage in the Lord. He who piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth has not forgotten you. Continue to seek Him in His Word and in prayer, and use also the means He has provided for the body, asking Him to bless them to your good. We will keep praying that you will know His nearness, His keeping power, and His healing mercy, and that whether by swift relief or by sustaining grace, you will be able to say, My God has helped me.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
