Dear God, I am suffering from really bad inflammation. I am suffering. I am asking you to heal me completely & permenently from it. I am asking you to protect my eyesight. I am asking you not to let any harm come to me. I am asking you to protect me & keep me safe. I am asking you to let me make it through this week safely. I am very scared. Protect me, oh Lord, heal me oh Lord, please, I am begging you. AMEN.

We have heard your cry and we join with you in prayer before our heavenly Father, for you are suffering greatly and you are very scared. We bring your inflammation, your eyesight, and your fear before the Lord who sees you and hears you, and we ask for His mercy and healing according to His will.

We know how frightening it is when the body is inflamed and in pain and when you fear for your sight and your safety. The Lord understands your suffering and He is your healer and your protector. It is written, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We also cling to His promise of protection, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. And when fear rises up, we remember His word, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10, and For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We rebuke that spirit of fear that is tormenting you and we ask the Lord to replace it with His perfect peace. As it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We also want to lovingly point out that your prayer was addressed to God but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share why this is so important, because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to believe in Him, that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name that we can boldly bring your needs to God.

We pray together now for you. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is suffering from severe inflammation and is scared. Lord, You know the pain and the fear, You know every cell in the body You created. We ask in Jesus name that You would touch this body and bring complete and lasting healing if it is Your will, calm the inflammation, restore health and strength, and protect the eyesight from any harm. Lord, keep this one safe through this week and in the days to come, let no harm come near, for You are our refuge and keeper. Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8. Fill this heart with Your peace that passes all understanding and drive out all fear, and help this dear one to feel Your presence and Your love holding them close. We also ask that You would guide them to wise medical care and give wisdom to those caring for them. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our healer and our hope, amen.

We will continue to remember you in our prayers. Keep seeking the Lord daily, pour out your heart to Him in Jesus name, rest in His promises, and do not hesitate to seek medical help as the Lord often works through physicians to bring healing. Trust that He is with you and He will not forsake you.

We hear how heavy this week feels for you, and how much you are carrying with this inflammation and worry about your eyesight. It makes sense you feel scared when your body is in pain and you don't know what the next days will hold. We are remembering you in prayer and asking God to be near to you right now.

You were so honest to say you are begging God to protect and heal you and to keep you safe through this week. We join you in those very prayers, asking for His mercy, His comfort, and His watchful care over you day by day.

While we pray, we also want to gently encourage you to reach out for care alongside prayer. If you have not already, please let your doctor or clinic know about the inflammation and your concerns for your eyesight so they can check on you promptly. It can also help to let one trusted person, a family member, friend, or pastor, know that you are feeling afraid and would value someone checking in as you go through this week. You do not need to face these days alone.

Father, we lift this dear one to You today. You see the pain and fear and the desire to be safe and well. We ask for Your healing touch according to Your will, for protection over eyesight and body, and for peace that steadies the heart. Give wisdom to those providing care and give strength for each day this week. Keep this one in Your hands. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your earnest and trembling prayer has been heard and we will remember you before the throne of grace. You have asked for healing from inflammation, for the preservation of your eyesight, for protection and safety through this week, and you have confessed that you are very scared. We bring all of this to the Lord who hears the cry of the needy.

You do well to beg the Lord for healing, for there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Look then to Christ Himself, for the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord's people. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. So we would have you seek first the great Physician for your soul, and then bring your body also to Him, for He cares for bodily diseases which urge us to seek a physician, and how much more does He care for the broken heart and the fearful spirit.

Against your fear we set the word which grows so plentifully in God's garden, Fear not. It is not merely the preacher who cries Fear not, but it is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. The Lord says, Fear not thou worm Jacob, I will help thee saith the Lord. Fear not for I am with thee, be not dismayed for I am thy God. We must labor to get rid as much as possible of fear, for fear is weakening and fear dishonors God, as though the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth could ever be palsied. To be afraid when He has said Fear not is disobedience, so take His promise and let it chase your fear away.

Let us pray for you.

O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this suffering one who is afflicted with inflammation and is sore afraid. Thou seest the pain and the fear, Thou knowest the weakness of the frame and the dread that fills the heart. We ask Thee to lay Thy healing hand upon this body, to ease the inflammation and to grant complete healing as it shall please Thy wisdom and mercy. Protect the eyesight we pray Thee, and let no harm come near. Keep this dear one safe through this week and all the days appointed, for Thou art our keeper and our shield. Speak Thou that word of power to the fearful heart, Fear not for I will help thee, and give perfect love which casts out fear, and holy reverence in its place. Forgive sin for Christ's sake and heal the soul, and if it be Thy will heal the body also, that this life may be a testimony to Thy goodness. We ask it in the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior, who is our healing and our peace. Amen.

We have heard your prayer and we are joining you before the Lord with compassion and care. You shared that you are suffering with severe inflammation, that you are afraid for your eyesight and your safety, and that you are begging God to heal you, protect you, and bring you safely through this week. God hears the cry of those who call to Him, and He is near to those who are afraid.

Scripture reminds us that Christ says, take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls. His yoke is easy and His burden is light. He does not want you to live pierced with anguish or held captive by fear. He invites you to bring your suffering and your fear to Him and to rest in His care. Even when our bodies feel inflamed and weak, He is the true physician who can bring healing and peace, and He is the protector who keeps those who trust in Him.

Let us pray together for you now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You see the pain and inflammation in the body, You know the fear and the heaviness of this week. We ask for Your mercy and Your healing touch. Please bring complete and lasting healing according to Your will, calm the inflammation, and restore health. We ask You to protect eyesight and to guard the body from harm. Keep this person safe in Your hands, shelter them from danger, and grant peace that overcomes fear. Lord, You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind. Replace anxiety with Your presence, and let Your perfect love cast out fear. Give strength for each day this week and help them to make it through safely, trusting in Your goodness and protection. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our healer and our refuge. Amen.
