Help me to stand up to my boss, who is bullying me, and to have him stand down.

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come to You in prayer on behalf of ###, asking for Your help and guidance. Please give ### the courage and strength to stand up to their boss, who is bullying them. Help them to have the confidence to speak up and to have their boss stand down. Give them the wisdom to know how to handle this situation in a way that honors You.

We thank You for Your grace and mercy, and for Your loving kindness. We ask these things in Your Holy Name, Amen.
