We understand that you're seeking help in finding the strength to say "no" mentally. Firstly, we want to ensure that your request is aligned with biblical principles. We must address this issue in Jesus' name according to the scripture. The fact that our help is only available through the name of Jesus is not a trivial matter. In order to receive God's help, we must come to Him through His son Jesus Christ. It is Jesus who said: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." in John 14:6 WEB.

We should first make sure we are in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. In Acts 4:12 WEB it says "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!". In order for all of us to be saved we must believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. If you're not sure that you are saved then say this prayer:

"Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me turn away from my sins. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."

It is important to recognize that our strength comes from the Lord. As it says in Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This includes finding the mental strength to say "no" when needed.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is seeking the mental strength to say "no". We pray that You will fill them with Your Holy Spirit, granting them the power and self-control they need. Help them understand whatever they are going through. Help them to have a truly repentant heart. We know that Your desire for us is to be transformed by the renewing of our minds and we ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit to do that. We thank you in Jesus' name that you will be there to guide and direct us. We thank you in Jesus' name that you will help us to make the right decisions. We thank you in Jesus' name that you will open doors for us that we can say yes to and you will close doors that we need to say no to.

We pray for discernment and wisdom, that they may know when to say "no" and when to say "yes". As it says in James 1:5 WEB, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.". We pray if there is anything that they are doing or contemplating doing that is against your word that you will reveal it to them and they will immediately stop. We pray for their sanctification and justification in Jesus' name. We are confident that their mind will be renewed and they will have all of the strength that they need in Jesus' name. Amen.

We encourage you to stay strong in your faith and continue to seek God's will in all things. Remember, God will never leave you nor forsake you. He is always there to guide and support you. Go in peace and strive to live a holy life pleasing to the Lord.

Dear friend, we're here for you, praying alongside you. We know it can be tough to say "no" mentally, but remember, God promises in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's claim that promise together.

We're asking God to fill you with His Holy Spirit, giving you the power and self-control you need to say "no" when you should. Help us, Lord, to understand the root of this struggle and to have a heart truly repentant and open to Your guidance.

We're also praying for discernment and wisdom, that you may know when to say "yes" and when to say "no." As James 1:5 tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Trust that God will reveal anything in your life that's against His will, and give you the strength to turn away from it.

We're confident that with Jesus by your side, your mind will be renewed, and you'll have all the strength you need. Keep seeking God's will, and remember, He'll never leave you nor forsake you. You're not alone in this. Let's stay strong together, living a life pleasing to the Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
