Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our financial struggles. As it says in Philippians 4:6 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, knowing that He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up ### and her children. Lord, you know the struggles they are facing, the debt that feels overwhelming, and the lack of support. We ask, Jesus, that You would be their provider and comforter. Guide ### to wise counsel and resources that can help manage and reduce the debt. We also pray for her former husband, that his heart would be moved to support his children as he should.
Lord, we know that Your word says that if we do not work, we should not eat (2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB). We pray for the strength and opportunities for ### to work and provide for her family, and that her former husband would also take up his responsibility.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for financial breakthroughs and the peace that transcends all understanding to guard ###'s heart and mind (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Amen."
