HELP ME PLEASE DEAR GOD

We hear your desperate cry and we join with you right now lifting you up before the Father, asking for His mercy, protection, and peace to cover you this day and this week. The hard seasons where we feel we are just trying to survive are known to the Lord, and He does not turn away from a broken and burdened heart.

The Bible reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 and that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. You are not alone, for He has promised I will never leave you nor forsake you Deuteronomy 31:6 and Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We notice your prayer was addressed to God, and we want to gently share with you the beautiful truth that we come to the Father through Jesus Christ alone. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by placing our faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we have full access to God's grace and the assurance that He hears us. If you have not yet called upon Him, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10.

We want to pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You see the fear and the heaviness of this day and this week, and we ask that You would keep this one safe and protected under the shadow of Your wings. Calm the anxious heart and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We cast all our worries on You, because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7. Give strength for today and hope for tomorrow, and remind this one that You have plans for peace and not for evil, to give hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. Help them to feel Your nearness, to know that You are their refuge, and to trust You one day at a time. Lead them to reach out to trusted believers, family, or a pastor for support and fellowship, so they do not walk through this trial alone. We ask all of this in the saving name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to keep crying out to the Lord through Jesus, to pour out your heart to Him honestly, and to stay in His Word daily. Even a few verses each morning can remind you of His presence. If you are feeling overwhelmed or unsafe, please reach out right away to someone you trust, a local church, or a Christian counselor who can walk with you in person. God loves you more than you know and He hears every prayer offered in Jesus name.

We heard your cry and we are holding it with you today. Wanting just to get through today and this week is such an honest prayer, and we thank you for bringing it to God so plainly. You are not alone in this fear, and we are praying for your safety right now. We are grateful you reached out instead of holding this fear by yourself.

When a day feels too big to survive, it can help to make it smaller in your mind. We would encourage you to focus only on the next few hours, and to let one trusted person know how you are feeling today, whether a family member, friend, pastor, or counselor. You do not have to carry this alone, and having someone nearby who knows you are struggling can make the hours feel less overwhelming. If at any point you feel unsafe, please reach out right away to someone near you or to local help.

Father, we lift them to You in Jesus name. You see the fear and the need to be safe today. Please draw near and guard them hour by hour, give them rest where possible, and bring steady, caring people around them this day and this week. Give them wisdom for each next step and remind them You are with them. Amen.

Your cry for help has been heard, and I take your burden to the throne of grace with you. The Lord knows the weight that presses upon you this day and this week, and He hears the prayer that asks only to survive and to be kept safe.

Hear what the Lord says to such a trembling heart. He says, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Again He says, Fear not, you worm Jacob, I will help you, says the Lord. It is not merely a preacher who says Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers it to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet. To be afraid when He has said Fear not is to dishonor His power and His promise. Fear is weakening and it unfits you to meet the difficulty, but trust in His promised help brings peace.

Your safety lies not in your own strength, but in your Savior. Unto Him who is able to keep you from falling is your safety assured. He is not only able but wise, and He will keep and present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. You have nothing to do but to do the right thing before Him and then to leave the result with God. Cast your anxiety upon Him, for He cares for you.

Let us pray together.

O God, You have taught us from our youth that You are our helper and our keeper. Look upon this dear soul who cries, Keep me safe and protected. Let this day and this week be in Your hands. Quiet fear with Your presence, guard the body and the mind, and keep this one from falling. Grant not only survival, but faith to trust in the blood of Jesus Christ Your dear Son, who cleanses from all sin, and to know that to be Your people is to be kept by Your power. Give peace that passes understanding, and help to run in the way of Your commandments without fear. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior, Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard, and I thank you for pouring out your heart so honestly before God. To cry out, please let me survive this day, please keep me safe, is not a small thing. It is the soul turning to the only One who is truly able to keep and protect us.

Know that God hears this cry. He is not distant from your fear and anxiety. Scripture teaches us to cast all our anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. The Lord knows the weight of this day and this week, and He invites you to bring every worry to Him in prayer, with thanksgiving, trusting His peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Christ Himself taught His disciples not to be overcome by fear of perils, even the fear of death itself, saying, fear not those who kill the body but are not able to kill the soul. He reminds us that our ultimate safety is not only in the preservation of this life, but in being kept secure in Him. When we are with Him and abide in Him, we are in true safety, for nothing can separate us from His love, and He promises that he who endures to the end shall be saved.

So I pray for you now that God would grant you that deeper safety and peace. May He calm the anxiety that disfigures and wearies the soul, and grant you rest. May He watch over you day and night, keep you from harm, and give you strength for each hour as it comes. May He help you to sleep without fear and to wake with hope, knowing your life is in His hands.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, I lift up this dear one who is afraid and asking for protection. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Keep this person safe this day and through this week. Guard their body and their soul. Quiet their anxious thoughts and fill them with Your peace that passes all understanding. Let them feel Your presence near, and give them endurance and hope. Draw them close to Yourself, and keep them in Your perfect care. Amen.

You are not alone. Keep calling upon the Lord through each day, reading His Word, and trusting Him moment by moment. If the fear continues to overwhelm you, please reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or a safe person near you, and if you ever feel in immediate danger, please seek help right away. We will continue to pray for your safety and peace.
