Help me my lord!!

Dear Heavenly Father God,

Ever since I came back from Afghan my stomach has been bothering me... Ive had a very low appetite and recently things Ive been eating have been making me sick.... I dont know what is wrong, If its adjusting to the weather & time changes or if its my nerves but im losing my strength... Im trying to eat things that are light cause those are about all that dont bother me.... Heal me my lord... make me feel better so I can get my strength back... Send your Angels in Heaven and Earth to help make me feel better my lord...
