We understand that you are feeling trapped and desperate, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, we want to remind you that your hope and freedom are found in Jesus Christ. It is important to come before God in Jesus' name. We are instructed in John 14:13 Jesus said: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.". We need to remember it is only in Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We also want to address the issue of your employment. It is important to remember that God is our provider, and He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory. Your value and security are not determined by your job or salary, but by your identity in Christ. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."
However, if you are being treated unjustly at your workplace, we encourage you to seek God's wisdom and guidance. It is possible that God may be opening other doors for you, so keep praying and trusting in Him. Remember that God can provide for you in many ways, and He will never forsake you.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling trapped and desperate. Lord, we know that You are a God of justice and mercy, and we ask for Your intervention in their situation. Please provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory, and guide them to a job that honors You and provides for their needs.
We also pray for their faith to be strengthened, that they may find their hope and security in You alone. Help them to trust in You, even in the midst of difficult circumstances, and to remember that You will never forsake them.
If they are being treated unjustly, we pray for Your wisdom and guidance. Help them to discern Your will and to take the necessary steps to remove themselves from this situation. And help them to remember that any persecution we may endure is but part of living the Christian life. Matthew 5:10: "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven."

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
