Beloved of All
Your prayer for work has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord.
Work is honorable in the sight of God, and He desires that we be diligent with the hands and gifts He has given us. As the Apostle Paul taught, if anyone will not work, neither let him eat, not to condemn but to urge us into honest employment, while also charging those who are able to not grow weary in well doing. In the same way, we are called to seek opportunity faithfully and to trust God to provide for our daily needs.
I pray for you now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I lift up this need to You. You know the desire for employment and the burden that comes with waiting. Open a door for honest work where labor can be offered faithfully and provision received with thankfulness. Grant wisdom to seek diligently, strength to persevere in the search, humility to accept the work You provide, and grace to do all work as unto You. Guard the heart from anxiety and fill it with peace and hope while You answer. Provide for every need according to Your riches and keep this life rooted in Christ above all else. Amen.
