Dear brothers and sisters,
I am forever grateful that we are all able to come together through this network to intercede for one another, and it is my joy and honor to keep you all lifted in prayer as you have for me. I cannot express my thankfulness enough to the multitude of prayer warriors the Lord had placed in my life.
For the past 4 years, the Lord has been using me in the lives of two beautiful young girls, ages 12 and 8, and their amazing father. I love the three of them with all of my heart and soul. Unfortunately, there continues to be a horrific war between my fiance and the mother of his children. It wears on us daily. My fiance and I are both on anti-anxiety medication, and he was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur that may or may not be caused by stress.
I feel so heavy at times, I entertain the idea of escaping and just living on my own without the burdens of drama, court, CPS, and financial struggles. Thankfully, the Lord has quickly pulled me back each and every time and promptly reminds me how selfish these thoughts are. He has me here for a purpose, and as long as I follow His guidance, He will lead me to perfect peace.
Please pray for my beautiful step daughters Shilynn and Tailee. That the Lord would continue to place a hedge of protection around them, and that their father and I are able to continue to provide the stability they need. Pray that the Lord grants us the wisdom and the patience to raise them in a structured and diciplined environment so that we may successfully prepare them for their adult lives when they are ready.
Please pray for my fiance, Don. Pray that the Lord gives him peace and rest in this matter. Pray that the Lord softens his heart daily and draws him near. Pray that the Lord blesses him with a heart of patience and understanding, and learns to lean on and seek Him during these trying times.
Please pray for the girls' mom. Pray that the Lord places a person in her life who leads her away from the path of darkness that she is on. Pray that the Lord instills in her a great sense of good judgement when it comes to her actions and words. Pray that the Lord draws her near to Him so that He may instill peace in her and in turn provide peace to the situation as a whole.
Pray for me. Pray that the Lord continues to draw me back from the selfish temptaion to leave this situation. Pray that the Lord continues to guide my path and use me for His glory. Pray that this situation would strengthen my relationship with Him.
My prayer for all my brothers and sisters is that the Lord watches over you daily. I pray that He blesses you and keeps you and allows His perfect will come to pass in your lives.
