Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the victory and progress you have already experienced in overcoming these struggles! Your heartfelt cries and prayers have not gone unnoticed by our Heavenly Father, and we give all glory to the Lord Jesus Christ for the work He has begun in you. The fact that you desire lasting change and true freedom is evidence of the Holy Spirit’s conviction and power at work within you.

The sins you mentioned, pornography, masturbation, and flirtatious behavior, are indeed serious, as they defile the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20) and distort God’s design for purity and holiness. These are not merely personal struggles but battles against the flesh and the enemy’s schemes to ensnare and destroy. However, we serve a God who is greater than any temptation or stronghold. As it is written, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13).

We must also address the root of these sins, which often stems from idolatry, placing our desires above God’s will. Jesus warned, "For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies" (Matthew 15:19). True deliverance requires not only the removal of sinful behaviors but also the renewal of the mind and heart. We must fill our lives with God’s Word, prayer, and fellowship with believers who can encourage and hold us accountable. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2).

Let us also rebuke the lies of the enemy that may whisper to you, suggesting that you are beyond God’s grace or that these sins are too powerful to overcome. That is a deception! Jesus came to set the captives free, and His blood covers all sin for those who repent and turn to Him. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). You are not defined by your past or your struggles but by the righteousness of Christ, who has already won the victory on the cross.

We stand with you in prayer, lifting you before the throne of grace:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, giving You all the glory for the work You have already done in this beloved brother/sister’s life. Lord, we ask that You would complete the good work You have begun in them. Strengthen them with Your power so that they may stand firm against every temptation and scheme of the enemy. Father, we pray for lasting deliverance from the sins of pornography, masturbation, and flirtatious behavior. Cleanse their heart and mind, and renew their thoughts by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Fill them with Your wisdom and understanding so that they may discern Your will and walk in purity.

Lord, we ask that You would break every chain and stronghold that has kept them bound. Surround them with godly accountability and fellowship, and lead them to Scripture that will fortify their faith. Father, we pray that You would speak to them clearly, showing them Your mercy and grace as they seek to honor You in every area of their life. Help them to flee from sexual immorality and to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on You out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22).

We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus. May they walk in the freedom and holiness that You have called them to, for Your glory and honor. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to press into the Lord, dear brother/sister. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Seek out godly counsel and accountability, and immerse yourself in God’s Word daily. The battle is already won, walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for you!

We rejoiced with you as we read your words, how good it is to hear of the real improvement you have seen, and we join you in giving all glory to Jesus. At the same time, we do not overlook the ache that remains. The tears and the hours of prayer tell us how deeply you long for lasting freedom, and we are praying with you for that full deliverance.

Because you asked God to show you whatever it takes, we want to gently encourage one step that has helped many who walk this road: bringing the struggle into safe, truthful relationship. A trusted, mature believer, a pastor, or a confidential support group within your church can stand with you, pray with you, and help you remain accountable. You do not need to fight in isolation. Often, as we pursue God’s mercy together in the body of Christ, the shame loses its grip and new strength takes root.

Know that your honest cry does not fall on deaf ears. He sees your willingness, and He honors it. We are praying, not as a one‑time event, but with you as you press on.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this dear brother to You now. Thank You for the ground already won, and we ask for even greater victory. In Your mercy, guide him to whatever practical steps and relationships will safeguard his purity. Renew his mind day by day, deepen his wisdom, and when temptation presses in, be his immediate refuge and strength. May these sins grow distant and alien to his heart, and may his life bring You honor. In Your mighty name we pray, Amen.

I am praying for you to overcome that and to be set free from such temptations. I am praying for you to use your eyes and ears to see and hear only what is acceptable by Christ so you do not open a door for the enemy to use to influence your life. I am praying for you to be guided only by the Holy Spirit and to fear God. I am praying for you to be a living proof of what God can do. He is a promise keeper and a way maker. I am praying for your spirit to take control over your soul and body because it sounds that your soul and body have the dominion. I am praying for you to start trying speaking in tongues or praise Jesus several times every day and you will see miracles. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen

The cry of your heart has reached the ears of the Lord of Hosts, and the tears you have shed are not lost, they are stored in His bottle. Let us give all the glory and thanks for every step of improvement to the Lord Jesus Christ alone, for it is He who has begun a good work in you. You was going down to the pit, soul-sick and in great peril, yet even on the very brink He has stretched out His hand. Rejoice that there is such a thing as recovery from soul-sickness, for God can deal in love with sinners when the soil slips from under their feet.

But I hear your lingering distress, and it seems to me that you are now sorely tempted by the darkest arrow that ever flies from the bow of the Evil One, the insinuation that God has forsaken you, that your sins are too foul for lasting deliverance. When the Accuser shoots this dart, muzzle that dog of unbelief! Do not give a tongue to your doubts and speak as though you were cast off forever. Such unbelieving utterances do no good to yourself and harm to those who listen. It is a blessed thing to let faith, not despair, proclaim the honors of His name.

Cast your mind upon the palsied man in the Gospel. His body lay motionless, but his spirit was in a far greater agony over his sin. Our Lord saw the root of his misery and spoke directly to his deepest need: ā€œSon, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.ā€ He did not first remove the palsy; He first granted pardon. So it is with you. The great burden you long to be rid of is the weight of these lusts, but the cause of your grief is the sense of sin itself. Be of good cheer, for the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin. Your pardon is not a matter of degrees; it is full and free to all who cling to the Cross.

Yet you pant for a lasting and true deliverance. This is a holy hunger. Remember that it is an unspeakable blessing to have sin forgiven, but there is a very special favor rendered to those who are kept from the grosser sins into which others fall. Pray without ceasing for God to work in you both to will and to do, for it is God who must keep back His servant from presumptuous sins. Just as He sent Abigail to David with a basket of bread and a word of wisdom to prevent him from shedding blood, so will He send His restraining grace to you in the hour of crisis. He delivers from the power of darkness; He who turned the key in Giant Despair’s castle can turn every lock that holds you.

And mark this: charity without purity will be of no use. All your orthodoxy and your giving of substance to the poor will be as sounding brass if you do not keep yourself unspotted from the world. Yet purity without charity becomes a harsh, brittle thing. As you seek to be cleansed from these sins, let your heart go out in tender compassion to others, showing pure religion by visiting the fatherless and widows, and so living out the life of Christ.

Therefore, take this word and set it before your eyes, as Luther did upon his study wall: ā€œI shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.ā€ Let this be your song of deliverance. You have escaped the jaw of the lion and the paw of the bear. Now go forth, looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith. He who has begun this great improvement will complete it until the day of Christ. Watch and pray, commit yourself utterly to Him, and believe that He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have wept, and you have prayed, and by His mercy you have seen a beginning of freedom. Rejoice, but do not let this joy make you slack. The mind is a habitation that must be kept with all watchfulness; the old thoughts will seek entrance again, sharpened like goads, and unless the Spirit renews you in the spirit of your mind they will return sevenfold. This renewal is not a single act but a continual sacrifice: dedicate yourself wholly to God, and make your body a living holocaust. Circumcise not the flesh but the wicked desires, and worship Him who is Spirit in spirit and in truth, for the service of the body avails nothing if the heart remains untended.

You asked for wisdom and understanding. True wisdom is to know that it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy. Yet this mercy is not given to the idle; the righteous man of old proved his mind by his deeds. Therefore be not merely a suppliant but a king. A king is he who rules his own turbulent thoughts, not he who wears a diadem. Take dominion over these unruly passions; let the goads of desire find no lodging. When the temptation knocks, say to yourself: I have obtained mercy, and I will not faint. The fleeting pleasure of sin leaves a sting more bitter than any joy it promised, while the purity of a mind given to Christ brings a sweetness that remains even in trial.

Do not mourn over the struggle as though God had not heard your crying. He has heard, and He has already delivered you in part, that you might learn to despise what once held you captive. The gain of your deliverance is twofold: it draws you back into His service and sets you free from the tyranny of lifeless passions. When you give alms of mercy to your own soul by renouncing these sins, do it with cheerfulness, not grudgingly. The widow gave two mites and exceeded many rich men because her spirit was large. So bring your heart, even with its lingering wounds, and offer it joyfully to the Healer. He who commanded light to shine out of darkness can make your mind a vessel of light.

Continue to cry out, but now cry out with confidence. Stand fast in the mercy you have obtained, and know that the God who did not spare His own Son will with Him freely give you all things. Let your prayer be joined to a resolute will, and watch yourself without weariness. The Spirit will not endure old deeds where He dwells; invite Him daily by a pure intention and a hatred of every secret shame. As you have renounced the hidden things of darkness, so walk openly in the light, and the God of peace will sanctify you wholly.
