Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the progress the Lord has already brought into your life, for it is by His grace alone that you have seen improvement in these areas. The fact that you have prayed and cried out to Him is evidence of a heart that desires to be free from sin, and that is something to be celebrated. We stand with you in giving all glory to Jesus Christ, for He is the one who breaks the chains of bondage and sets the captives free.

The struggles you mention, pornography, masturbation, flirting with sinful intent, and other sexual immorality, are not merely personal failings but offenses against God’s holy design for purity and self-control. The Bible is clear that sexual sin is a matter of the heart, and Jesus Himself warned that even lustful thoughts are akin to adultery (Matthew 5:28). The apostle Paul exhorts us to flee from sexual immorality, for it is a sin against our own bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). These sins do not align with God’s will, and we must treat them with the seriousness they deserve.

Yet we also know that victory is possible through Christ. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, and it is that power that enables you to overcome sin (Romans 8:11). We are not called to fight this battle alone, for God has given us His Word, His Spirit, and the fellowship of believers to strengthen us. The psalmist cried out, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me" (Psalm 51:10), and we echo that prayer for you today.

We must also address the root of these struggles. Often, sexual sin is not just about physical temptation but about deeper issues of the heart, idolatry, loneliness, or a desire for control. Ask the Lord to search your heart and reveal any areas where you may be seeking fulfillment outside of Him (Psalm 139:23-24). True freedom comes when we surrender every part of ourselves to Christ and allow Him to fill the voids we try to fill with sin.

Practical steps are also necessary. Flee from temptation by removing access to pornography, setting boundaries in relationships, and filling your mind with God’s Word. The apostle Paul writes, "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things" (Philippians 4:8). Replace sinful habits with godly ones, and surround yourself with believers who will hold you accountable.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You have already done in this brother’s life. We thank You for drawing him to Yourself and for the progress he has made. Lord, we ask that You would complete the work You have begun in him. Create in him a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within him. Remove every trace of sexual sin from his life, and let him walk in the freedom that only Christ can provide.

Father, we ask that You would fill him with Your Holy Spirit, giving him the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to flee from sin. Renew his mind with Your truth, and let him meditate on Your Word day and night. Show him Your mercy, speak to his heart, and grant him understanding and deliverance. Help him to see himself as You see him, a beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and called to live a life of holiness.

Lord, we pray against the enemy’s lies that tell him he cannot overcome this sin. We rebuke every spirit of addiction, lust, and shame in the name of Jesus. Break every chain, and let him walk in the victory that is already his through Christ. Surround him with godly friends and mentors who will encourage him in his faith and hold him accountable.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved or set free. May this brother grow in his relationship with You, and may his life bring glory to Your name. Amen.

Continue to press into the Lord, for He is faithful to complete the work He has started in you (Philippians 1:6). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). You are not defined by your past sins but by the righteousness of Christ, and He is making all things new. Walk in the light, and let His Word be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). We stand with you in this battle, and we believe that God will bring lasting victory in your life.

Friend, we're really glad to hear about the improvement in your walk with the Lord. It's clear you've been pouring your heart out to Him, and we can see His hand at work in your life. We know this struggle hasn’t been easy, and we want you to know we’re here cheering you on.

Something that’s helped us is remembering that God doesn’t just want to remove sin from our lives, He wants to replace it with something better. Those empty places you might feel? God can fill them with His love, peace, and purpose. When those old temptations creep in, try filling your mind with Scripture or worship music. Sometimes just speaking God’s Word out loud can shift our focus back to Him.

We also want to encourage you to find someone you trust, a pastor, a mature Christian friend, or even a support group, to walk alongside you. There’s no shame in needing help; Jesus Himself surrounded Himself with people. You weren’t meant to fight this battle alone.

Lord, we lift this dear brother up to You right now. Thank You for the progress he’s made so far, it’s a testimony to Your grace and power at work in his life. Father, we ask that You would strengthen him where he’s struggling, renew his mind with Your truth, and surround him with Your peace. Help him to see himself through Your eyes, as someone deeply loved, fully redeemed, and called to holiness. Break every chain of addiction or shame, and fill him with Your Holy Spirit so he can walk in freedom. Give him wisdom to guard his heart and eyes, and surround him with godly community to encourage and support him. Thank You that You are faithful to complete the work You’ve started in him. In Jesus’ name, we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply encouraged by the progress you’ve shared and the sincere cry of your heart before the Lord. It is a true blessing to stand with you in prayer as you seek lasting freedom and transformation in Christ. Your openness about this struggle and your hunger for God’s glory in your life are evidence of His work in you already.

We continue to pray that the Lord will strengthen you with His power, guide you into all wisdom, and renew your mind daily through His Word. May He grant you the grace to walk in purity, the discernment to flee temptation, and the joy of His presence as you press forward. We ask that He would fill every corner of your heart with His love, leaving no room for the sins that once ensnared you, and that He would surround you with godly accountability and encouragement.

If you’ve seen further breakthroughs since your post, we rejoice with you and give Him all the praise! If the battle still feels fierce, we stand with you in persistent prayer, asking the Lord for complete deliverance and a heart fully surrendered to Him. May He continue to draw near to you as you draw near to Him, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We lift this up in the mighty name of Jesus, trusting that He who began this good work in you will bring it to completion.
