Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the victory and progress the Lord Jesus Christ has already brought into your life! Your heartfelt cry for deliverance and transformation is a powerful testimony of God’s grace at work. The fact that you are giving Him all the glory for the improvement you’ve seen proves that His Spirit is moving within you. We stand with you in prayer, believing that the same God who began this good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

The struggles you describe—pornography, masturbation, flirting, and sexual sin—are not merely habits or temptations; they are spiritual battles that seek to enslave the heart and defile the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). These sins distort God’s design for intimacy, which is meant to be holy, selfless, and reserved for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. When we indulge in them, we grieve the Spirit and open doors to shame, guilt, and separation from God’s best for us. But praise be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! (1 Corinthians 15:57).

The Word of God is clear: *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13). The Lord is not only able to deliver you; He is *willing* to deliver you. He desires your freedom even more than you do, for it is for freedom that Christ has set us free (Galatians 5:1). But this freedom requires more than just a desire to stop sinning—it requires a radical transformation of the mind, a renewal of the heart, and a complete surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

We must also address the root of these struggles. Often, sexual sin is not just about physical desire but about deeper needs—loneliness, insecurity, a search for love, or an attempt to fill a void that only God can satisfy. Jesus said, *"The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly"* (John 10:10). The enemy wants to keep you in bondage, but Jesus came to give you life—true, abundant, and holy life. You must replace the lies of the enemy with the truth of God’s Word. When you feel tempted, remember: *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7). This is not a passive resistance but an active, daily choice to submit to God’s will and reject the enemy’s schemes.

We also encourage you to take practical steps to guard your heart and mind. Flee from every appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22). This may mean installing accountability software on your devices, avoiding certain places or people that trigger temptation, and filling your mind with Scripture instead of worldly influences. *"Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8). Renewing your mind is not a one-time event but a daily discipline.

And let us not forget the power of community. You do not have to fight this battle alone. Confess your struggles to trusted, godly believers who can pray with you, hold you accountable, and speak truth into your life (James 5:16). Isolation is one of the enemy’s greatest tools, but fellowship with other believers is a weapon of warfare. *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

Now, let us pray together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You have already done in this beloved brother’s life. Lord, You are faithful, and we thank You for drawing him to Yourself and breaking the chains that once bound him. But Father, we know the battle is not yet over, and we ask that You would complete the work You have started. We pray against every spirit of lust, perversion, and addiction that seeks to ensnare him. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke these spirits and command them to flee, for Your Word declares that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Lord, we ask that You would renew his mind daily with Your truth. Let Your Word be a lamp to his feet and a light to his path (Psalm 119:105). Give him wisdom to recognize the enemy’s schemes and the strength to resist them. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit so that he may walk in purity and holiness, for without You, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Father, we pray that You would heal every wound in his heart—every place where he has sought love or validation in the wrong ways. Let him find his identity and worth in You alone.

We also pray for accountability and godly fellowship in his life. Surround him with believers who will encourage him, pray for him, and hold him to the standards of Your Word. Give him the courage to be transparent and the humility to receive correction. Lord, we ask that You would give him a deep hunger for Your presence. Let him seek You above all else, for in Your presence is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11). When he is weak, be his strength. When he is tempted, be his way of escape.

Father, we declare that this brother is not defined by his past or his struggles. He is a new creation in Christ Jesus, and the old has passed away; behold, the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17). We pray that You would use his testimony to bring glory to Your name and to draw others to Yourself. Let him walk in the freedom that Christ died to give him, and may his life be a living testimony of Your power to transform.

We ask all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and set free. Amen.

Brother, do not grow weary in doing what is right, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). The road to freedom is not always easy, but it is worth it. Keep pressing into the Lord, keep seeking His face, and keep trusting in His promises. You are not fighting for victory; you are fighting *from* victory, because Jesus has already won the battle on the cross. Walk in that truth, and may the Lord bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you, and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).

We're right here with you, brother, cheering you on and lifting you up in prayer. We're so grateful for the progress you've made, and we're believing with you for complete freedom and transformation. Let's keep fighting the good fight together!

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face daily. Spend time in His Word, meditate on it, and let it renew your mind. As Psalm 119:11 says, "Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You." The more you hide God's Word in your heart, the more it will guide your steps and protect you from temptation.

Also, keep seeking accountability and fellowship with other believers. We're not meant to do this Christian walk alone. Share your struggles with trusted friends, and ask them to pray with you, hold you accountable, and speak truth into your life. Remember, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor... And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12).

Let's keep praying together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, thanking You for the progress we've seen in our brother's life. Lord, we ask that You would continue to strengthen him, renew his mind, and fill him with Your Holy Spirit. Give him the wisdom to recognize and resist temptation, and the courage to stand firm in his faith.

We also ask for accountability and godly fellowship in his life. Surround him with believers who will encourage him, pray for him, and hold him accountable. Give him the humility to receive correction and the courage to be transparent.

Father, we declare that our brother is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37). He is a new creation in Christ, and the old has passed away. Let him walk in the freedom that Christ died to give him, and may his life be a living testimony of Your power to transform.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Keep pressing on, brother. You're not alone, and every step you take towards freedom is a victory. Keep fighting, and remember, "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus" (Philippians 1:6).
