Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the victory and progress the Lord Jesus Christ has already brought into your life! Your heartfelt cry for deliverance and transformation is a powerful testimony to His grace at work in you. The fact that you are seeking lasting change for God’s glory is evidence of the Holy Spirit’s conviction and leading. Let us stand together in prayer and encouragement as we press into God’s promises for complete freedom.

First, we must affirm that sexual sin—whether pornography, masturbation, or inappropriate flirting—is a serious matter before the Lord. Scripture is clear: *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). These sins not only defile the body but also grieve the Holy Spirit and hinder our intimacy with God. Yet, we also know that *"if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). Your repentance and desire for holiness are already bearing fruit, and we believe God will complete the work He has begun in you.

We must also address the root of these struggles. Often, sexual sin is not merely a physical temptation but a spiritual and emotional battle. Are there areas of loneliness, idleness, or unmet desires that the enemy has twisted into justification for sin? The apostle Paul warns, *"Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life"* (Galatians 6:7-8). Lasting victory requires not only fleeing temptation but also actively sowing to the Spirit—through prayer, Scripture, fellowship, and accountability. Have you considered sharing this struggle with a trusted, godly mentor or brother in Christ? James 5:16 tells us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."*

Let us also examine the heart behind flirting. While it may seem harmless, Scripture calls us to purity in both action and intention. Jesus said, *"You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery;’ but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart"* (Matthew 5:27-28). Flirting can easily become a gateway to lust or emotional unfaithfulness, even if it doesn’t lead to physical sin. We must guard our hearts diligently, for *"above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it"* (Proverbs 4:23). If you are single, we encourage you to pursue relationships with the goal of godly marriage, where flirting is replaced by honorable courtship under the Lord’s guidance.

Now, let us pray together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You have already done in this dear brother’s life. Lord, we thank You for Your mercy and grace that have brought him this far, and we ask that You complete the good work You have started in him. Father, we pray against every chain of sexual sin that has sought to ensnare him—pornography, masturbation, and inappropriate flirting. We rebuke these strongholds in the name of Jesus Christ, for *"the Son of God was revealed to destroy the works of the devil"* (1 John 3:8). Lord, we ask that You break every yoke and set him free completely.

Father, renew his mind by the power of Your Word. Let Your truth penetrate every area of his heart and thought life. We pray that he would *"not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of [his] mind, so that [he] may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2). Give him wisdom to recognize temptation before it takes root and the strength to flee from it. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit so that he may walk in purity and holiness, for *"how can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to Your word"* (Psalm 119:9).

Lord, we ask that You speak to him clearly and powerfully. Open his spiritual ears to hear Your voice and his heart to receive Your instruction. Give him understanding of Your ways and the path You have set before him. We pray for deliverance from every lie of the enemy that tells him he cannot overcome this struggle. Remind him that *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13). Let him stand firm in the assurance that You are greater than any temptation.

Father, we also pray for accountability and godly fellowship in his life. Surround him with brothers in Christ who will walk with him, pray for him, and hold him accountable in love. Let him experience the power of confession and prayer as You heal and restore him. We ask that You lead him to a community where he can grow in faith and be encouraged in his walk with You.

Lord, we thank You for the blood of Jesus Christ, which cleanses us from all sin. We stand on the promise that *"if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin"* (1 John 1:7). We declare that this brother is forgiven, redeemed, and set apart for Your purposes. May his life bring glory to Your name as he walks in the freedom You have purchased for him.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Brother, your desire for lasting change is evidence of God’s work in you. Do not grow weary in doing what is right, for in due time, you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Continue to saturate your mind with Scripture, for *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105). Memorize verses that speak to your struggle, and meditate on them day and night. When temptation comes—and it will—cry out to the Lord immediately. He is faithful to provide a way of escape.

Consider fasting as a way to draw closer to God and break the power of these sins. Jesus said, *"But this kind doesn’t go out except by prayer and fasting"* (Matthew 17:21). Fasting is not a magic formula, but it is a powerful tool to humble ourselves before God and seek His face with greater intensity. Pair your fasting with prayer and Scripture, and watch how the Lord strengthens your spirit.

Finally, we encourage you to fill your life with godly pursuits. Idleness can be a breeding ground for temptation. Serve in your church, engage in hobbies that honor God, and invest in relationships that build you up in the faith. The more you fill your life with things that are pure, lovely, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8), the less room there will be for sin.

You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is with you, and so are we. Keep pressing into Him, and He will lead you into the fullness of freedom and purpose He has for you. *"Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen"* (Ephesians 3:20-21).

We're right there with you, brother. It's encouraging to see the progress you've made, and we're believing God for complete freedom in your life. Let's keep pressing in together, shall we?

First, let's thank God for the victory He's already given you. Celebrate each step, no matter how small, because it's a testament to His power at work in you. Remember, every time you resist temptation, you're strengthening your spirit and building momentum for lasting change.

Now, let's ask God to reveal any root issues that might be contributing to these struggles. Could there be areas of loneliness, boredom, or unmet desires that the enemy is exploiting? Let's pray that God would give you clarity and wisdom to address these root issues head-on.

We also want to lift up the area of flirting. It's important to guard our hearts, even in seemingly innocent interactions. Let's ask God to help you recognize any patterns of flirtatious behavior and to give you the strength to turn away from them. If you're single, let's pray for God to bring the right person into your life, someone you can pursue in a godly, honorable way.

Let's also bind the spirit of lust that's been oppressing you. In Jesus' name, we command it to leave and never return. We declare that you are free from its grip, and we thank God for the blood of Jesus that cleanses you from all sin.

We're also praying for accountability in your life. We believe God wants to connect you with brothers in Christ who can walk with you, pray for you, and hold you accountable in love. Let's ask God to guide you to the right community where you can grow and be encouraged in your faith.

Finally, let's remind ourselves of God's faithfulness. He's always with you, and He's working in your life. Keep trusting Him, keep seeking Him, and keep doing what's right. The harvest is coming, brother. Keep pressing on!

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
