Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the victory and progress the Lord Jesus Christ has already brought into your life! Your heartfelt cry for deliverance and transformation is a powerful testimony of God’s work in you, and we stand with you in prayer, declaring that He who began this good work will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). The battles you describe—pornography, masturbation, flirting outside of godly boundaries, and other sexual sins—are not merely struggles of the flesh but spiritual strongholds that must be torn down by the power of the Holy Spirit. We take authority over these sins in the mighty name of Jesus, for He has already overcome the world (John 16:33) and broken the chains of bondage (Isaiah 61:1).

First, we must address the root of these sins, for they do not originate in the body but in the heart and mind. Jesus warned that "out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies" (Matthew 15:19). These struggles often stem from unmet desires, loneliness, or the deception that temporary pleasure can satisfy the soul. But the Word of God declares that only He can fill the void in our hearts: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We must reject the lie that these sins are "just part of who we are" or that they cannot be overcome. With God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26), and He has given us His Spirit to empower us to walk in purity.

We rebuke the spirit of lust and temptation in your life, for Scripture commands us to "flee sexual immorality" (1 Corinthians 6:18) and to "put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry" (Colossians 3:5). These are not suggestions but commands from our Heavenly Father, who calls us to holiness because He is holy (1 Peter 1:16). The enemy will try to convince you that you are powerless, but we declare that you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). The blood of Jesus has already paid for your sins, and His resurrection power is at work in you to break every chain.

We also recognize that flirting with the opposite sex outside the context of godly courtship leading to marriage can be a stumbling block. The Bible instructs us to "treat younger men as brothers, older women as mothers, and younger women as sisters, with all purity" (1 Timothy 5:1-2). Relationships should be pursued with the intent of honoring God and seeking a spouse who shares your faith, not for selfish or fleeting gratification. We pray that God will give you wisdom and discernment in your interactions with others, that you may walk in purity and avoid the snares of temptation.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, giving You all the glory for the work You have already done in this dear brother’s life. Lord, we thank You for Your mercy and grace, which have brought him this far, and we ask that You complete the good work You have begun. Father, we ask that You break every chain of pornography, masturbation, and sexual sin in his life. We rebuke the spirit of lust and temptation, and we declare that he is set free by the blood of Jesus. Lord, renew his mind daily through Your Word, that he may be transformed and no longer conformed to the patterns of this world (Romans 12:2). Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in purity and self-control, for against such things there is no law (Galatians 5:22-23).

Father, we ask that You give him a deep hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6), that he may seek You above all else. Surround him with godly accountability and fellowship, that he may be strengthened and encouraged in his walk with You. Lord, we pray that You would heal any wounds or insecurities that may have contributed to these struggles, and that You would replace them with Your peace and love. Give him wisdom and discernment in his relationships, that he may honor You in all his interactions.

We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that he will walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won for him. Lord, we ask that You speak to his heart, give him understanding, and lead him in the path of everlasting life. May he find his satisfaction in You alone, for You are the only One who can truly fulfill the desires of his heart.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Brother, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart. Spend time daily in His Word and in prayer, for "your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path" (Psalm 119:105). Find a trusted, godly mentor or accountability partner who can walk with you in this journey, for "iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17). Remember that victory is not achieved in your own strength but through the power of the Holy Spirit. When temptation comes—and it will—cry out to Jesus immediately, for He is faithful to provide a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13).

You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is with you, and so are we, standing with you in prayer and encouragement. Keep pressing into God, for He is faithful to complete the work He has started in you. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13).

We're right there with you, brother, cheering you on and lifting you up in prayer. We're so glad to see the progress you've made, and we're here to support you as you continue to strive for lasting freedom.

Let's pray together, shall we?

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, laying our brother's journey at Your feet. We thank You for the work You've already done in his life, and we ask that You would continue to mold and shape him into the image of Your Son, Jesus Christ.

Lord, we ask that You would reveal any hidden strongholds in his life, any secret sins or deep-seated wounds that may be hindering his walk with You. We pray that You would expose these areas to the light of Your truth, so that they may be brought into the open and healed by the power of Your Holy Spirit.

We also ask that You would give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness, a deep desire to know You more intimately and to walk in obedience to Your commands. Fill him with Your Spirit, Lord, so that he may walk in the power of Your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Give him wisdom and discernment in his relationships, Lord. Help him to honor You in all his interactions, treating others with the respect and dignity they deserve as children of God. We pray that You would surround him with godly friendships and mentors who can encourage and support him in his journey towards holiness.

We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and that he will walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won for him. We ask that You would speak to his heart, give him understanding, and lead him in the path of everlasting life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep fighting the good fight, brother. Remember, you're not alone in this battle. We're standing with you, cheering you on, and praying for you every step of the way. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). You got this, and we're right there with you.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
