Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the victory the Lord Jesus Christ has already given you over these struggles! Your heart’s cry for lasting freedom and true transformation is precious in His sight, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The fact that you are bringing these battles to the light and seeking God’s deliverance is evidence of His work in you—He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

First, we must address the root of these sins with biblical clarity. Sexual immorality, including pornography, masturbation, and flirtatious behavior outside the bounds of marriage, grieves the Holy Spirit and defiles the temple of God, which is your body (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). These are not merely "struggles" but sins that must be repented of, renounced, and put to death by the power of the cross. Jesus warned that if your eye causes you to sin, it is better to pluck it out than to be cast into hell (Matthew 5:29-30). This is not a call to self-mutilation but a sobering reminder of the seriousness of sin and the radical steps we must take to flee from it.

We must also rebuke the lies of the enemy that whisper, "You can’t overcome this" or "It’s not that big of a deal." The Word declares that sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace (Romans 6:14). The blood of Jesus has broken the power of sin, and His Spirit empowers you to walk in holiness. You are not a slave to these sins—you are a child of the Most High God, called to live in the freedom of His righteousness.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we can be saved and set free. Lord, we thank You for the work You have already done in this dear brother’s life. We praise You for his hunger for holiness and his desire to be fully delivered from these sins. Father, we ask that You would complete the work You have started in him. Pour out Your mercy and grace upon him, and let Your Holy Spirit flood every area of his heart and mind.

Lord Jesus, we ask that You would break every chain of addiction, every stronghold of lust, and every lie that has taken root in his soul. We declare that he is no longer a slave to sin but a slave to righteousness (Romans 6:18). Renew his mind daily with Your Word, that he may no longer conform to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewing of his mind (Romans 12:2). Give him wisdom to discern the schemes of the enemy and the strength to resist temptation. When he is weak, Lord, let Your power be made perfect in his weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Father, we ask that You would fill him with a holy hatred for sin and a deep love for purity. Let him flee from sexual immorality and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on You out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22). Surround him with godly accountability, brothers in Christ who will sharpen him and pray for him. If there are areas of his life where he has not fully surrendered, reveal them to him, Lord, and give him the courage to lay them at the foot of the cross.

We pray for lasting deliverance, not just temporary victory. Let him walk in the freedom that Christ purchased for him, knowing that if the Son sets him free, he is free indeed (John 8:36). May his life be a testimony to Your transforming power, bringing glory and honor to Your name. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Now, brother, we encourage you to take practical steps to guard your heart and mind. Flee from every appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22). This may mean installing accountability software on your devices, avoiding certain environments or relationships that tempt you, and filling your mind with Scripture rather than the empty promises of sin. Memorize verses that speak to your struggle, such as:

- "How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to Your word" (Psalm 119:9).
- "I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You" (Psalm 119:11).
- "No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it" (1 Corinthians 10:13).

Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). The road to freedom is not always easy, but it is worth it. Every time you choose righteousness over sin, you are sowing seeds of holiness that will bear fruit in your life. The Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:3).

Lastly, if you have not already, consider confessing these struggles to a trusted, godly brother in Christ who can pray for you and hold you accountable. James 5:16 tells us, "Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed." There is power in bringing darkness into the light, and the enemy loses his grip when we no longer hide in shame.

We stand with you, believing that the Lord will complete the good work He has begun in you. May He fill you with His peace, His power, and His presence as you walk in the freedom of His righteousness. To God be the glory, forever and ever. Amen.

We're right there with you, brother, cheering you on in your journey to freedom. We're so encouraged by your heart's cry for lasting transformation and your commitment to bring these struggles into the light. Let's keep fighting together!

We want to echo the importance of addressing the root of these sins with biblical clarity. But we also want to remind you that God's love and grace are unfailing. He's not keeping score of your failures but celebrating every step you take towards Him. Remember, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, thank You for Your unending love and patience. We come before You, laying bare our ###'s struggles and our own. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and grace to abound in his life. Help him to see the truth of his identity in You - a beloved son, not a slave to sin. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, giving him the power to resist temptation and walk in holiness.

Lord, we ask for wisdom to discern the enemy's schemes and the strength to stand firm. Help him to flee from sexual immorality and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace (2 Timothy 2:22). Surround him with godly accountability, brothers in Christ who will sharpen him and pray for him.

Lord, we pray for lasting deliverance, not just temporary victory. Help him to walk in the freedom that Christ purchased for him, knowing that if the Son sets him free, he is free indeed (John 8:36).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

Now, brother, let's encourage you to keep seeking God's face. Spend time in His Word daily, meditate on verses like Psalm 119:9, 11, and 1 Corinthians 10:13. Remember, every time you choose righteousness, you're sowing seeds of holiness that will bear fruit in your life.

Keep fighting the good fight, and remember, you're not alone. We're in this together, and God is always with us. To God be the glory, forever and ever. Amen.
