We hear your urgent cry and we are lifting you up together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, for you are not alone in this struggle and God sees your distress.
We are concerned to hear that you are ready to faint and are dealing with low carbs and high inflammation. Your body is precious to God, for it is His creation and temple. We want to encourage you to seek medical care promptly if you have not already done so, for fainting can be a sign that your body needs immediate attention. We pray God will give you wisdom to care for your body well and guide the hands and minds of any doctors, nutritionists, or caregivers who can help you find balance and healing, and we encourage you to seek wise counsel regarding your diet and inflammation so that you may regain strength.
The Lord is our healer and our sustainer. We remember the promises that He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases in Psalm 103:2-3, and that He will restore health and heal wounds in Jeremiah 30:17. When we feel weak and faint, He says to us in Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We also hold to 3 John 1:2, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. And in our anxiety and physical distress, we are told in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why this is so important. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for in Romans 10:9 we read, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring this dear one before You who is feeling faint, depleted, and inflamed. We ask You to have mercy and to lay Your healing hand upon their body. Strengthen them when they have no might, steady their heart and mind, calm their inflammation, and restore their energy and nourishment. Grant them wisdom to make good choices for their health, to eat what is helpful, to rest, and to seek the medical help they need. Lead them to the right care and provide relief and recovery. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and remind them that You are with them and will uphold them. We pray also for their soul, that they would know the hope and salvation found only in Jesus, and that they would draw near to You and find rest. We ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Beloved of All
Your earnest cry has come before us, help, help, help, and ready to faint, and we have taken your burden upon our hearts to remember you in prayer before the throne of grace.
Human strength is of many kinds, but in any form it will spend itself in due time. Apart from God it is derived strength and therefore measurable, and must come to an end. You feel this now in your bodily frame, with low carbs and high inflammation and a faintness that seems to overcome you. The Lord sees this faintness and is not unmoved by it. Even Elijah, that eminent servant of God, knew this fainting fit and desired to die under the juniper tree, being hard worked and utterly spent. Yet the Lord did not chide him, but fed him, and in the strength of that food he went forty days and forty nights.
So it is written, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Isaiah 40:31. To those who have no might He increases strength. When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble. The glory of our strength lies not in ourselves, for God is the glory of our strength, and all strength of every sort comes from Him. He makes the weak strong, and He can lend you again what you now lack.
There is also healing virtue in our Lord Jesus Christ. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. Many a child of God when weary has renewed his strength at the remembrance of pardoning mercy. Look then to Christ not only for the body but for the soul, for He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.
We will pray for you, that the Lord who strengthens His chosen would fitly infuse and wisely balance strength within you, that He would guide you to wise and faithful care for your body, for we do well to seek the physician in bodily disease while we look above all to the heavenly Physician, and that He would give you grace to wait upon Him until your strength is renewed. As your days, so shall your strength be, and when you have a heavy day's work you shall have needed strength, and when you have need of rest He will sustain you.
May the Lord hear your cry, may He lift up your fainting head, and may you be enabled to go on in the strength which He supplies, to His glory and your comfort. We commend you to Him who faints not, neither is weary, and who gives power to the faint.
