Help and healing

Dear lord I've always been so self-conscious and paranoid about what other people think of me and my appearance. I always feel like everyone is so much better than me and that I'm worthless and meaningless. I feel like I don't belong anywhere and that I'm so replaceable because I'm just so used to people hurting me and leaving me. I have major social anxiety and I'm just always worried and nervous. ###:### I go to gym and do group personal training and have to face my ex lover. And I absolutely feel like my heart is gonna pop out my chest because I'm constantly feeling so insecure and worried. I don't know what to do. I've become so envious and I feel like I'm just never happy because I'm trapped in my own insecurities. I never know what's right or wrong to do. I get so excited and sure to do something and then I second guess it wasting time. I don't know what to do and I don't know what to pray for. I just need help.

First of all stop going to that class. Why put yourself through that? You are not worthless but just the opposite. You have great value in the eyes of GOD. You need to know and understand that first of all and then you need to stop judging yourself so harshly. You are a good person. Think about it. You are always quick to go to someone's aid. You have desires to be of service to those less fortunate than you are and you always go out of your way to help a friend. It is really to bad that more people are not like you. This world would be a lot better place if only they were. Please give yourself a break and begin to look at what is really the most important in a human being. It is not the out side that is of the greatest value. Oh no, It is what is in the heart. That is where you will see the real beauty. God Himself is always looking to the heart now if it is that important to HIM how much more should it be to us. You my friend have great worth and great beauty. Just let it shine for the whole world to see,
