We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for employment and success. Father God, we know that You are the provider of all good things, and we trust in Your perfect timing and plan for this life. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will open the right doors for full-time work that aligns with Your will.
Lord, we also pray for success in all areas of life, but we ask that this success be defined by Your standards, not the world’s. Help this dear one to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, as Matthew 6:33 instructs, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." May their desires be aligned with Your purpose, and may their steps be ordered by You.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to hinder this journey. The Word declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We command every obstacle to full-time work and success to be removed in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also encourage this one to remain steadfast in prayer and faithfulness, knowing that Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Keep seeking the Lord in all decisions, and He will direct the path.
Father, we pray for healing—whether it be emotional, physical, or spiritual—that may be needed to walk into this next season. Psalm 147:3 reminds us, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We ask for Your healing touch to restore and renew strength.
Lastly, we want to gently remind this one that true success and fulfillment come only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If there has not been a moment of surrender to Him as Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the words of John 14:6, where Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Salvation is found in no other name, and it is the foundation for a life of purpose and blessing.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this request in the powerful name of Jesus. May Your will be done, and may this one experience Your provision, favor, and peace as they walk in obedience to You. Strengthen their faith, guide their steps, and let Your glory shine through their life. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
