Hello,
This is not easy for me to even request because I am very ashamed...but I have anxiety and I have one repeated thought that is ruining my entire life and very existence. For anyone who doesn't understand anxiety please look it up and do some research because it is definitely a very real and horrible thing for anyone to go through...but I have one repeated thought in which I feel that I can't breathe and I know logically this is all in my own mind, however this makes it a reality for me and makes me feel real emotional and physical pain every minute and hour of the day. I have a job and have to work but this is constantly hindering me and my emotional well-being. I am a strong person but I have gotten to the point to where I can't even cope with work anymore and suicide has definitely been crossing my mind lately. I am a true believer in God and the only thing that has kept me from this is the fact that if I commit suicide I could go to hell and my pain would be much worse than it is now. There is so much more I could say right now but the one thing I really want to say is Please pray for me. Please pray for this thought to leave my mind. Please pray that this will go away so that I can live my life the way it should be lived and fulfill the purpose God has for me because I can do absolutely nothing like this. I know ppl don't understand but I honestly feel like I have COPD but I don't. My own mind attacks me and makes it that way but it is as real as if I actually had it and it never goes away. Please, please pray that this goes away and soon because I just cannot live like this and cannot take anymore.

God all I have asked of You in this prayer, do the same for the writer of this prayer, those I love, and care about.  God forever honor this prayer over each of our lives.  Thank You Jesus.  Amen.
