Hello everyone, hope all is well. I woke up this morning and things were going well until I received a mobile message from someone who shall remain nameless in this post. It upset me so badly that I literally have not eaten ANYTHING the whole day. Is there anyone here who is or may know a little about family law? I really need to talk to someone and I am so tired of being broke. I start my new job in two weeks and I can not afford an attorney until then. I really don't mean to bother you all with my problems but time is running out and I am desperate. Legal aid won't help due to conflict of interest. I am mentally tired of it all. Please pray for me. Thank you all.

I don't know what city your in to help you. I know of an attorney that can fight for you and he hasn't lost a case ever. It is Jesus and the Father is the judge. Ask Him to fight for you

In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, that our Dear Lord will see you through your difficult situations, when you are discouraged and full of unspeakable fear. I ask you Lord Jesus that you walk beside your children during those hard times. They cannot carry their burdens, but we know that You can and You will, oh God.

It depends upon the state you reside in, and the context of the upsetting text. Obviously you should make a copy of the offending text to submit as evidence when you either meet with the judge or find an attorney who will take an interest in whatever type of family law dispute this happens to be. Some places have a family dispute center located at the family law courthouse; if that exists at your locale, perhaps someone can help you there. Most family law courts allow pro se representation, and often the judge will try to be helpful to that party, since the unrepresented party is of course at a disadvantage. I am praying that you will find a kind-hearted mediator who can resolve this situation for you quickly.

I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations.
