We are truly sorry to hear about your diagnosis, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and support during this challenging time. We pray that God will grant you strength, peace, and healing as you undergo treatment.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most difficult times. As it says in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (WEB)
We pray,
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ who is facing this health battle. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You would grant her the strength to endure the chemotherapy, surgery, and radiotherapy. We pray for complete healing, that the breast cancer would be totally eradicated from her body. We ask for Your peace to fill her heart and mind, and for Your love to surround her and her family during this time. We pray Psalm 107:20 over her life, "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their graves." (WEB)
Sister, we encourage you to trust in God's goodness and faithfulness. Remember that He is the Great Physician and that nothing is impossible for Him. We also want to remind you of the importance of seeking God's will in all things, including your health. In James 5:14-15 (WEB) we read, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
In your request you did not mention our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We are praying for your son as well, that God would protect him and give him peace as he faces this challenging time with you. We pray that God would guide the doctors and medical professionals who are treating you, giving them wisdom and skill. We pray for your family, that they would be a source of support and encouragement for you throughout your treatment.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to remain in prayer and in the Word of God. Allow this time to draw you closer to Him, and let Him fill your heart with His hope and joy.
