- country: unknown eyes strain
We hear your cry for relief and we join with you in bringing this strain on your eyes before the Lord together in Jesus' name. Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and He cares about every part of us, even the discomfort and weariness you are feeling now.
We pray for His healing touch and His rest upon you. Psalm 146:8 reminds us that Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind, Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down, Yahweh loves the righteous. And in Exodus 15:26 He declares I am Yahweh who heals you. We ask the Lord to ease the strain, to soothe the pain and tiredness in your eyes, to grant you refreshing rest and strength, and to guide you to proper care and wisdom in stewarding the eyes He has given you. If this strain continues, we encourage you to seek medical care as God often works through the wisdom He gives to physicians, and also to give your eyes regular rest, light, and care.
We pray together, Father we lift up this dear one to You who is crying out for relief from eye strain. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would ease this burden, bring comfort and healing, relieve the pressure and fatigue, and restore clear and rested sight. Grant peace and rest, for You have said in Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Let Your healing power and mercy be upon these eyes and upon the whole body. Give wisdom for daily habits, for rest and for work, and let Your peace guard heart and mind. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.
We also want to gently encourage you that you cried out to God, yet without mentioning Jesus. We want you to know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 teaches There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and brought near to God and our prayers are heard. If you have not yet trusted in Him, we encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus, confess your need for Him as Savior, and follow Him. He hears the cries of those who come through His Son and He is faithful to answer according to His perfect will.

We heard the urgency in your cry and we are praying with you right now. Eye strain can be so wearing and hard to push through, and when your eyes hurt it is hard to focus on anything else. We are sorry you are going through this.
Thank you for reaching out so honestly. We take your request seriously and we are standing with you in prayer.
Alongside prayer, if this strain continues or feels worse, please reach out to an eye doctor or your regular medical provider soon so they can check on you and give you proper care. You do not have to carry this alone, and getting checked can bring peace of mind while we keep praying.
We are asking God to bring you comfort and rest today, to ease the pressure you feel, and to give you wisdom for next steps. We know waiting for relief can feel long and discouraging, and we want you to know you are not forgotten. He sees you and hears this honest prayer.
Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. You know the discomfort in their eyes and how much they need relief. Please grant comfort, ease the strain, guide any care they receive, and give them rest and peace as they look to You. In Jesus name, amen.
We will keep praying. Please let us know how you are doing.

Beloved of All
Your earnest cry for relief from the strain upon your eyes has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord who is both our Creator and our Physician.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for our healing. It is right and wise that you should tell your case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, and the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue, to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before.
We are taught to pray, Keep me as the apple of the eye, and the Lord does keep the eye with tender guardianship. He knows its sensitiveness, its weariness, and its pain, and one eye is fixed upon you even in this present distress, and one heart beats with pity for your woes. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction by His hand.
Let us pray for you now. O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this suffering one whose eyes are strained and weary. Thou who hast made the eye and who keepest the apple of the eye, grant relief and ease, cool the burning and lighten the burden. Lay Thy healing hand upon this dear one, and if it be Thy will, restore strength and rest to sight. Give wisdom to use all proper means, to seek needful help and to find rest, and let this trial drive the heart nearer to Christ, the heavenly Physician, whose touch alone can make us whole. Grant not only healing for the body, but a single eye that is full of light toward Thee, that the whole body may be full of light. Hear our prayer for Jesus sake. Amen.
We will continue to remember you before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to ease your strain and to keep you in His tender care.

Beloved of All
Your cry for help with the strain in your eyes has been heard and we join you in bringing it before God who made you with wisdom and care.
Scripture reminds us how precious and necessary the eye is. It is small and yet it guides the whole body, it is as light to the body as the sun is to the world, and through it we see the beauty of creation and come to know God more clearly. He formed your eyes with purpose and He sees your discomfort and weariness.
We pray now for you, that the Lord in His mercy would ease the strain, relieve the pain and pressure, restore rest and strength to your eyes, and grant you refreshing sleep and healing. We ask that He would give you wisdom to care for this gift, to find times of rest, to turn away from what wearies your sight when you can, and to seek help from those with medical skill if the strain continues.
God does not overlook even the smallest suffering. He watches with an eye that never sleeps, and He is near to those who call upon Him. Cast this burden on Him and trust that He hears you.
May the Lord grant you relief, comfort your body and soul, and let your eyes again be strong to see His goodness in the world He has made.
