Heavenly and Almighty God, please protect me from the evil slings and arrows of the devil. Recently everything in my life has been going really well. Most importantly my Spiritual life has been the source of much joy and happiness but somehow I began to drift away from God and am finding it difficult to connect in prayer. I know this is satan's work and as a result I am riddled with guilt and anxiety. I am desperately worried of being punished in every way in my life, my family, my work, my finances. Please pray for my protection that I may concentrate on God again and be set free of anything the devil may tempt me to do. All this I ask in forgiveness of my sins and in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
