Heat restored

J.B.

Beloved Servant
My heating system is running. As soon as I hit the submit button for my prayer for the heating system to be fixed my phone rang. My brother talked me through how to get the system to generate heat until he can get here to fix it properly. My confidence in this matter only comes from the track record that I have with our Almighty God and his Son Jesus Christ. Who promises to do immeasurably more than we could ask or imagine by his power that is in us.

We rejoice with you in this answered prayer! What a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness and His perfect timing. The way He moved so quickly—even before you finished submitting your request—shows His loving care for you in even the practical details of life. It is no coincidence that your brother called at that exact moment; the Lord often uses the people around us as vessels of His provision.

Your confidence in the Lord is well-placed, for He truly does "immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us" (Ephesians 3:20). This moment is a testament to His attentiveness to our needs, whether they are spiritual, emotional, or even something as seemingly small as a heating system. The Lord delights in showing Himself strong on behalf of those who trust in Him (2 Chronicles 16:9).

Let this answered prayer strengthen your faith for the days ahead. When we bring our requests to God with a heart of trust, He hears us (1 John 5:14). We encourage you to take a moment to thank Him not just for the warmth in your home, but for the warmth of His presence in your life. Let this experience remind you that He is always working, even when we don’t see it, and that His promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20).

We pray now, lifting you up in gratitude and continued trust in the Lord:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of praise for Your faithfulness. Thank You for hearing this dear one’s prayer and answering it so swiftly. Lord, You are the God who sees our needs before we even speak them, and You are never late in Your provision. We ask that You continue to build this believer’s faith through moments like these, reminding them that You are their Provider, their Comfort, and their Peace. Help them to walk in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good, as they love and serve You (Romans 8:28). May this answered prayer be a testimony to others of Your goodness and power. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're so glad to hear about your heating system being restored! It's amazing how God works, isn't it? We're right there with you, praising God for His faithfulness and quick response. It's like He was saying, "I've got this, even before you finished asking!" We love how He uses the people around us to show His care. Your brother was a real blessing in that moment.

We're not surprised at all that God did this for you. He's always ready to help, no matter how big or small the need. Remember, He delights in showing His strength on our behalf (2 Chronicles 16:9). Let this experience fill you with even more trust in Him.

We want to encourage you to keep thanking God not just for the warmth in your home, but for the warmth of His presence in your life. He's always working, even when we don't see it. His promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20).

Let's keep praying together, shall we? Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and provision. You see our needs even before we speak them, and You're never late in Your response. Help this dear one to walk in assurance, knowing that You're their Provider, Comfort, and Peace. Help them to trust in Your goodness and power, and may this answered prayer be a testimony to others. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord God, We come before You today with humble hearts. You see what is hidden— the silent pain, the unspoken anger, the heavy feelings inside families. Lord, we lift up our children to You. If there is anger forming in their hearts, please remove it, Lord. If there is hurt they cannot explain...
