I am very sad . I had to take my dog to the vet this morning at 1a.m. and have him put to sleep because he was dying of cancer. It was the hardest thing Ive ever done. Pray that the lord will comfort me and help me with the loss. My dogs are like my kids I had two but only one now. Im very lonely and have no children or a husband so it was very hard to do this alone. Pray that the lord will let me meet the right people and have a family. I miss my dog so much and cant stop thinking about carrying him into the vets office to have him put to sleep. Please pray for me.

Melinda, my heart goes out to you. I also had to put our first dog to sleep after 13 years because of cancer. It is very hard because they ARE family. I pray that God will comfort you and allow you to move forward. Continue to remind yourself that your puppy dog is at peace, and that it was out of love that you gave him up. Sound familiar? Out of His great love for us, God gave up his son for us! I ask God's greatest blessings upon you, may He enrich your life with special friends and relationships, a family one day, and a deep and true faith. You will never forget your dog, but time will ease the hurt. We got another dog and she's been with us 10 years now. Although she'll never be the same as our first dog, the love is still the same. Bless you, Melinda - I will be praying for your comfort and peace.

Lord, i'm in agreement with K-j comforting words to Melinda. Lord, i prayer that you bring joy and comfort back into Melinda's life.......in jesus name amen
