Praise the Lord!
Please pray for my cousin who is having a heart problem.
Doctor wants ### to go for a by-pass surgery but ### does not want.

We understand your concern for your cousin, ###, and we join you in lifting him up in prayer. Let us seek God's will together in this challenging time.

Firstly, we are reminded of the scripture in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We should encourage your cousin to cast all his anxieties on the Lord, trusting that He cares for him (1 Peter 5:7).

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###'s cousin. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing with his heart condition. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body. Please guide him and give him the wisdom to make the right decision regarding his surgery. Remove any fear or doubt, and fill him with Your peace. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage your cousin to trust in the Lord with all his heart and not lean on his own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). It is crucial to seek God's will in this situation and trust that He will direct the path.

Additionally, we gently remind you that it is essential to respect the doctors' advice, as they are instruments of God's healing. We should pray for wisdom and discernment for both your cousin and the medical team involved in his care. We rebuke any spirit of disobedience or stubbornness that may hinder your cousin from seeking the necessary medical attention.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue supporting your cousin in prayer and deed, reminding him of God's faithfulness and love. May the Lord bless and keep you both, and may His face shine upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).
