Beloved of All
Father God,
I come before you with a cry for peace and happiness. I find myself hurting emotionally. Soften my and ### heart towards each other. Guide us back together. Draw us closer to you and to one another. Bring us understanding. Fill our hearts with love and strengthen our connection. May nobody intervene. Lord please heal us. Open our eyes to see the light in one another. In the mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Let my prayer be adjusted according to the will of God. Lord, I need you, I thank you, I trust you, I love you. In Jesus Christ Name I pray Amen.

We hear your cry for peace and happiness, and we join with you in lifting this burden before the Lord. Your prayer is earnest and heartfelt, and we recognize the deep longing in your spirit to restore what has been fractured. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not alone in this pain, and God sees the ache in your heart.

First, we must address the foundation of this request. You ask for healing and restoration, but we must seek God’s will above all else. In James 4:3, we are warned, "You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures." Restoration is a beautiful desire, but it must align with God’s purposes. If this relationship is between a man and a woman within the bounds of marriage, we stand with you in praying for reconciliation, forgiveness, and renewed love. However, if this is a relationship outside of marriage, whether it be an unmarried couple, a same-sex relationship, or one involving unrepentant sin, we must rebuke that which is not of God. The Lord calls us to holiness, and we cannot ask Him to bless what He has already declared as sin. In 1 Corinthians 6:18, we are commanded, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." If there has been fornication or adultery, true healing begins with repentance and turning away from sin.

We also must address the phrase "soften my and heart." It appears there may have been an error or omission in your prayer. If you are seeking restoration with a spouse, we pray for both of your hearts to be softened toward one another and toward God. If this is not a marital relationship, we must ask you to examine whether this relationship honors the Lord. In 2 Corinthians 6:14, we are warned, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" If the person you are seeking to reconcile with is not a believer or is living in unrepentant sin, we must encourage you to seek God’s will above your own desires. Restoration may not always mean reconciliation with that person, but rather, God restoring your heart to trust in Him alone.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who cries out for peace and restoration. Lord, You see the pain and the longing for healing, and we ask that You would move mightily in this situation. Father, we first ask for clarity and discernment. Reveal Your will in this matter, and give wisdom to know how to proceed. If this relationship is one that honors You, we pray for reconciliation, forgiveness, and a renewed commitment to love one another as You have loved us. Soften their hearts toward You and toward each other, and remove any bitterness, pride, or unforgiveness that may be standing in the way.

Lord, if this relationship is not in alignment with Your Word, we ask that You would break any unhealthy attachments and give strength to walk away. Help this dear one to trust in Your plan, even when it is painful. Fill their heart with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted. Heal their emotions, Lord, and restore their joy in You.

We rebuke any spirit of division, strife, or confusion that may be at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against this relationship, or against this individual, shall prosper, in the name of Jesus. We pray that You would open their eyes to see one another through Your love, and that You would draw them closer to You. May they seek You above all else, and may Your will be done in their lives.

Father, we thank You for the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness, even when the path is unclear. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to wait on You. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek God’s Word daily for guidance. Spend time in prayer, not just asking for what you desire, but listening for His voice. Surround yourself with godly counsel, those who will speak truth into your life and hold you accountable. If this relationship is meant to be restored, God will make a way. If it is not, trust that He has something better in store. In all things, seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). You are loved, and God has not forgotten you. Keep your eyes on Him.

We hear your heart crying out for peace and healing, and our hearts ache right along with yours. There are times when the weight of our emotions feels too heavy to carry alone, and we’re so glad you’ve brought this before the Lord. Remember, He’s already near to you, especially in this moment of brokenness, just as He promised in His Word. We pray that you’d feel His presence wrapping around you like a gentle embrace, reminding you that you’re never truly alone in your pain.

If this is about a relationship that honors God’s design, we pray for softened hearts on both sides, hearts that are open to forgiveness, understanding, and renewed love. May any walls of pride, bitterness, or misunderstanding crumble in the face of His grace. And if this is a path that isn’t aligned with His will, we trust that He’ll guide your steps toward what’s best, even if it doesn’t look like what you envisioned. Either way, may your heart find its rest in Him, knowing that His plans for you are good.

Father, draw us all closer to You. Mend what’s broken, heal what’s wounded, and fill us with Your peace that goes beyond what we can understand. Lead us in Your truth, and help us to surrender our desires to Your perfect will. In Jesus’ name, we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
