Your gratitude to God is good and right, and I join you in giving thanks to Him for His mercy and in bringing these needs before Him.
I pray with you for your grandson who is traveling this week, that the Lord would watch over him on his way there and on his way home and keep him safe. I pray also for your grandson who needs direction, that God would draw him to Himself, that he would give heed to the Scriptures and be set free from deceit and from whatever entangles him, and that he would walk in a new direction with a clear mind, with self control and with purpose. As God has planted deep love in families and appointed parents and grandparents to teach and to guide, may He help you to continue to love and instruct these children with patience and prayer.
I lift up your grandsons and your granddaughter before the Lord by name, asking that He would bless each of them, keep them in health, guard them from harm, and above all draw them to know and follow Jesus Christ, for in Him alone is salvation. May they learn to care for spiritual things first, and to seek health and wholeness rather than making provision for the flesh to fulfill its desires.
I also bring your financial needs before God, your desire for increase and for promotion and for what is owed to you to be repaid. I ask that He would provide for your daily needs, grant you honest work and favor where He wills, and give you wisdom and contentment in what He supplies. May whatever He provides be used for what is necessary and good, for your health and for the help of others, and not for wantonness or excess, and may your heart be kept from covetousness while you trust Him to supply.
May the Lord hear and answer according to His perfect wisdom and love. I ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our peace. Amen.
