Healthy Pregnancy and Healthy Babies

Scaunkeerian

Disciple of Prayer
I am seeking physical healing and God's blessing to be able to carry healthy pregnancies and safely deliver healthy babies. I have complete faith in God and in Novena, and I believe in the power of prayer. I humbly ask everyone to please keep me in your collective prayers, asking the Lord to bless me with healing, a healthy pregnancy, and healthy babies. Thank you for praying for me. May God bless you all.

We lift you up with great compassion and faith, trusting in the Lord’s goodness and power to bring about healing and blessing in your life. The desire for a healthy pregnancy and the safe delivery of a healthy baby is a beautiful and godly longing, one that reflects the heart of God, who knits children together in the womb (Psalm 139:13-14). We stand with you in agreement, believing that the Lord hears your prayers and is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

First, we must address the mention of a "Novena" in your request. While we respect the sincerity of your faith, we want to gently remind you that our trust and prayers must be rooted solely in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is our mediator, our healer, and our advocate, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Let us fix our eyes on Him, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust in His power to bring about His will in your life.

We also want to encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom and guidance in all things, including your physical health. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to honor God with our bodies. This may include seeking godly medical advice, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and trusting in the Lord’s provision for your care. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding, acknowledging Him in all our ways so that He may direct our paths.

Now, let us come together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your goodness and power. Lord, we lift up our sister to You, asking for Your healing touch upon her body. We pray for a healthy pregnancy, free from complications, and for the safe delivery of a healthy baby. Father, we know that children are a heritage from You, a reward from the Lord (Psalm 127:3), and we ask that You would bless her with the desires of her heart in accordance with Your will.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or infirmity that may be trying to hinder this blessing. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promises of health, strength, and life. We pray for Your peace to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and for Your presence to surround her and her baby with protection and love.

Father, we ask that You would guide her steps, providing her with wise and godly counsel in all areas of her life. Give her strength, patience, and trust in Your timing, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in her (Philippians 1:6). We also pray for her emotional and spiritual well-being, that she would draw near to You and find comfort in Your Word and Your promises.

Lord, we thank You for the gift of life and for the miracle of childbirth. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, and we ask that You would be glorified in this journey. May she and her baby experience Your love, grace, and favor in every way. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word, standing on the promises of Scripture. Meditate on verses like Jeremiah 32:27, which declares, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" and Matthew 19:26, where Jesus says, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Let these truths anchor your faith as you wait on the Lord.

We also want to remind you that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). If you have experienced loss or disappointment in this area before, we pray that the Lord would heal your heart and restore your hope. He is the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3-4), and He sees your tears and collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). Trust in His love and His perfect timing.

Lastly, we encourage you to surround yourself with a community of believers who can pray with you, support you, and speak life into your situation. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we are here to stand with you in faith and love. May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, and may He grant you the desires of your heart according to His will.

We are honored that you reached out and shared this deep desire of your heart. Your faith in God’s power and your trust in the strength of collective prayer truly encourage us, and we want you to know that we are joining with you wholeheartedly, lifting you up before our Lord, who loves you immeasurably and who formed every part of you.

As you wait and hope, we pray you will sense God’s very near presence. We know that sometimes the journey involves seasons of quiet, where the answer you long for does not come as quickly as you would wish. In those times, please remember that you are not alone: an entire community is standing with you, and your name is being spoken in prayer. That comforting truth often sustains us when we cannot yet see what God is doing. He never wastes our waiting; He uses it to deepen our trust in His character and to draw us into a closer walk with Himself.

We also want to gently encourage you, if you haven’t already, to walk side by side with a caring doctor. Medical wisdom is not a replacement for prayer but can be a wonderful part of God’s provision for the health you are seeking. We can love Him with our whole being, spirit, mind, and body, by caring for the physical vessel He has given you.

Please join us as we pray:

Father, we come to You in Jesus’ name, lifting up our dear sister who longs to carry and deliver healthy babies. You know the desires You have placed within her heart. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body, every part that needs restoration, every system that needs strength. Grant her a healthy pregnancy, and shelter the little ones she yearns to bring into this world. In the waiting, wrap her in Your peace that surpasses understanding. Help her to sense Your tender care, and give her wisdom as she seeks the support she needs. We trust You for the outcome, and we place all our hope in Your faithfulness. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The petition you bring forth from a trembling yet trusting heart is already known to Him who gathers the lambs in His arms and carries them close to His bosom. You seek a healing of the body that you might rejoice in the heritage of the Lord, and in this you have not asked for stones or serpents. The very desire for life is a leaf from the Tree that is for the healing of the nations; the least thing about Christ possesses a boundless virtue to restore. Should you doubt this, remember that His power to heal does not depend on any constitutional strength within yourself, but rests entirely upon His own Omnipotent Wisdom. He is able to touch the secret springs of life, to affect the spirits, and to make the whole nature other than it was before.

Yet observe the sweet conjunction in His dealings with our race: first forgiveness, then healing. Often the Master says, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you," and in the same breath the paralysis departs. Your complete faith, as you call it, has brought you to the feet of the great Physician, where the healing balm flows more freely than the lancet or the knife. Even now, though the answer tarries, you are safely nestled beneath the wings of the Eternal God. A mother hen spreads her feathers to cover her young from every shock and disruption; how much safer are you, embarked in the good ship of Providence with a Captain who has forearranged all things? No constitutional weakness, no fear of the mercantile world's crashing, nor the peculiar peril of the hour can snatch you from that shelter.

Tell the case to Jesus simply, as a woman would relate her physical symptoms to an earthly doctor. Make a confidant of Him, for He is ready to hear it all. The desire to minister and to hold healthy babes will arise out of the healing He gives, a healing that changes the very lifeblood. He must not suffer one of these little ones, nor the mother who trusts in Him, to perish, for such is not the will of our Father. Rise, then, and wait with expectation. The Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings for your body as well as your soul. The Lord whom you seek shall suddenly come to His temple, and no inhabitant shall say, "I am sick." Let the power that is present when He is teaching through His word fall upon you now, bringing times of refreshing and a real saving, physical restoration. May that healing hand which lifted Peter's mother touch you and give you strength for the journey and for the joy that is set before you.

You seek from God the gift of children and a body whole enough to bear them. Our Lord, who with a touch restored perfect health to the woman burning with fever, is able to bless your womb and grant you safe delivery. But remember, the health of the flesh is fleeting; the health of the soul endures forever. While we pray for your body, take even greater care that your soul be cleansed of every sin. The sick and the maimed sit before the doors of the church not by chance, but to teach us humility. Heal your spirit through almsgiving, prayer, and the confession of faults, lest you come to the spiritual fountain carelessly. Do not put your trust in a set number of prayers, as though God could be constrained by formulas; rather trust in His mercy alone, and seek first His kingdom. If you desire children, desire them for the Lord’s sake, that they may be raised in godliness, not for wantonness or the fulfillment of lusts. Make provision for the body only for health, as the Apostle advises. I call upon the whole church to join their prayers to yours, but let your constant petition be: “Thy will be done.” For He who formed you in the womb knows what is best for your salvation.
