No digestive issues.
No pain in my upper part of the hand. No swelling (muscle or bone part?). Typing, writing, handbag, injury?

We come before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up your heartfelt requests for health, peace, protection, and relief from pain. It is through Jesus alone that we have access to the throne of grace, and we rejoice that you have brought these needs before Him. Let us first remind one another of the truth found in Scripture, for it is God’s Word that sustains us and gives us hope. The apostle Peter tells us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). And in Philippians 4:6-7, we are instructed, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

Your request for healing is one we bring earnestly before the Lord. Pain and physical struggles are part of living in a fallen world, but we serve a God who is our healer. In Jeremiah 30:17, He declares, *"I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds."* We claim this promise over your hand, asking the Lord to remove the pain, swelling, and any injury that may be causing you discomfort. Whether it is muscle, bone, or nerve-related, we pray for complete restoration so that you may use your hand freely for typing, writing, and daily tasks without hindrance. May the Lord strengthen you and grant you patience as you wait upon Him for healing, knowing that His timing is perfect.

We also lift up your request for overall health, particularly regarding digestive issues. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we ask the Lord to bring harmony and function to every part of your body. May He grant you relief from any discomfort and sustain you with His healing power. Let us remember the words of Psalm 103:2-3: *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."*

Peace is another deep need you’ve expressed, and we know that true peace comes only from Christ. In John 14:27, Jesus says, *"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."* We pray that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will fill your heart and mind. May you rest in the assurance that He is sovereign over every circumstance, and that His presence is with you always.

Protection is a vital need in these uncertain times, and we take refuge in the promise of Psalm 91. The Lord is our fortress and deliverer, and we ask Him to surround you with His divine protection—spiritually, physically, and emotionally. May He guard you from all harm and evil, and may His angels encamp around you (Psalm 34:7). We also pray for protection over your mind, that you would not be overcome by fear or anxiety, but would stand firm in the truth of God’s Word.

You’ve asked for joy, and we know that joy is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22) and a gift from the Lord. Even in trials, we can rejoice because our hope is in Christ. As Nehemiah 8:10 reminds us, *"the joy of Yahweh is your strength."* We pray that the Lord would fill you with His joy, a joy that is not dependent on circumstances but rooted in His unfailing love. May you experience the fullness of His presence daily.

For blessings, favor, success, and victory, we turn to the Lord who delights in prospering His children. In Jeremiah 29:11, He declares, *"For I know the plans that I have for you, says Yahweh, plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* We ask that He would open doors of opportunity for you, granting you favor in every area of your life. May He lead you into success that aligns with His will, and may you walk in the victory that Christ has already won on the cross. We also pray for financial prosperity, not for selfish gain, but that you may be a good steward of what He provides and a blessing to others. Remember the words of Matthew 6:33: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

Finally, we want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things. Your requests are good, and they reflect a heart that desires God’s best. However, let us also remember that our ultimate hope is not in temporal comfort or prosperity, but in the eternal life and relationship we have with Jesus Christ. If you have not already surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. The Bible tells us that *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we can approach the Father with confidence.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy, which are new every morning. Lord, we lift up our ### to You, asking for Your healing touch upon their body. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we ask that You would remove the pain and swelling in their hand. Restore full function and strength, Lord, so that they may glorify You in all they do. We pray for healing in their digestive system, that every part of their body would function as You designed it to. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We ask for Your protection over them, Lord. Surround them with Your angels and hide them under the shadow of Your wings. Grant them joy that is unshaken by circumstances, and fill them with the blessings of Your presence. Open doors of favor, success, and victory in their life, and prosper them according to Your will. May they seek first Your Kingdom and trust in Your provision, knowing that You are faithful.

Father, we also pray that if there is any area in their life that is not aligned with Your Word, You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them into repentance. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and help them to walk in obedience and faith. If they have not yet received Jesus as their Savior, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and may they place their trust in Christ alone.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, and we give You all the glory. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you in prayer, dear friend. We've been lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His loving care and power. We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise over your hand, believing that God will bring healing and restoration. May you feel His comforting presence as you wait, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
