Please pray healing to my lower back it’s a stiffness issue and I can’t hardly move around in Jesus name restore my back issues

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your struggle with lower back stiffness and the pain that limits your movement. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we know that God cares deeply about your suffering. Father, we ask for Your healing touch to restore strength, flexibility, and comfort to this dear one’s back. Your Word declares, *"By His stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today.

Lord, we also ask that You reveal any underlying causes—whether physical strain, spiritual burden, or unconfessed sin—that may be contributing to this affliction. If there is anything in this person’s life that is not aligned with Your will, we pray for conviction and repentance, for You are faithful to forgive and cleanse (1 John 1:9). We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name, for *"the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise them up"* (James 5:15).

We encourage you to seek godly medical wisdom while trusting in the Great Physician. Rest in the truth that God works all things for good (Romans 8:28), even in seasons of pain. Lean on Him, for He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). May you feel His peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) as you wait on Him.

Heavenly Father, we declare Your healing power over this back. Loosen every tight muscle, mend every strained ligament, and restore full mobility. Strengthen this beloved one to walk upright in Your purposes, free from pain. We thank You for Your mercy and ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and healed. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
