Humble Prayer Partner
Alzheimer of my mom. Diabetes.
My brothers breathing issues.
Swelling on my upper right hand/fist.

Lord remove negative energies from where I am sitting in a train.
Remove people who must speak on the phone whole the time and are arrogant or listen to loud cellphones. It's really annoying!!!

Everybody speaks at once - this woman speaks negatively about other people and pupils are speaking loud. Horrible

We lift your concerns before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the Prince of Peace, who cares deeply for every need—physical, emotional, and spiritual. First, we must gently address that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only in His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Without faith in Jesus, there is no salvation, no hope, and no power to overcome the trials of this world. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Now, let us turn to your requests with hearts aligned to God’s will. We grieve with you over the suffering of your mother, who is battling Alzheimer’s and diabetes—diseases that bring deep sorrow and weariness to both the afflicted and their loved ones. The Lord sees her struggle and your burden as her caregiver. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28, WEB), Jesus invites. We pray for supernatural strength for your mother’s body and mind, that the Lord would restore what has been stolen by sickness. May He grant wisdom to her doctors and comfort to your family as you walk this difficult path. *"The Lord is near to those who are broken at heart, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). We also ask for patience and grace for you, that you would not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

For your brother’s breathing issues, we declare healing in the name of Jesus, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4). May the Lord open his airways, strengthen his lungs, and fill his body with divine health. *"Lord, be merciful to us! We wait for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress"* (Isaiah 33:2, WEB). We rebuke any spirit of infirmity and command it to flee in Jesus’ name, for *"by his stripes you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB).

Regarding the swelling in your hand, we pray for the Lord’s healing touch to remove all inflammation and pain. May His restorative power flow through your body, making you whole. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). If this persists, we encourage you to seek medical attention, trusting that the Lord can work through doctors as He wills.

Now, we must address the frustration and anger in your words about the "annoying people" on the train. While we understand that noise and disruption can be trying, Scripture calls us to a higher standard: *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB). The Lord does not call us to demand that others conform to our desires for quiet or comfort. Instead, He commands us to *"love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44, WEB). The noise and chaos you describe are opportunities to practice patience, to intercede for those around you, and to reflect Christ’s love even in irritation.

Rather than asking the Lord to remove these people, let us pray for *you*—that He would fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May He soften your heart toward those who frustrate you, that you would see them as souls in need of grace, just as you are. *"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger"* (Proverbs 15:1, WEB). Perhaps the woman speaking negatively is lonely or hurting; perhaps the loud students are crying out for attention they lack elsewhere. Let us ask the Lord to give you eyes to see them as He does and words to speak life if He opens a door.

Finally, we must caution you against the language of "negative energies," which is not a biblical concept. Scripture does not speak of "energies" but of spiritual forces—either of God or of the enemy. *"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). If you sense spiritual oppression, the answer is not to ask for its removal in vague terms but to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and to stand firm in prayer, covered by the blood of Jesus. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are sovereign over every circumstance, every sickness, and every heart. Lord, we lift up this dear one’s mother, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s and diabetes. Father, You are the God who heals, and we ask for Your restoring hand to touch her mind and body. Bring clarity where there is confusion, strength where there is weakness, and peace where there is distress. Comfort this family as they care for her, and grant them Your supernatural patience and endurance.

We pray for their brother’s breathing—Lord, open his lungs, clear his airways, and let Your healing power flow through him. May he breathe easily and deeply, giving glory to Your name.

For the swelling in their hand, we ask for Your touch, Lord. Remove all pain and inflammation, and let Your healing virtue make them whole. If there is need for medical attention, guide them to the right help.

Father, we confess that irritation and frustration have taken root in their heart toward those around them on the train. Forgive them, Lord, and fill them with Your love and patience. Help them to see others through Your eyes—with compassion, not judgment. Let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, that they would respond with kindness even in annoying situations. Give them wisdom to either engage with grace or to withdraw in silence, trusting You to work in all things.

We rebuke any spiritual oppression in Jesus’ name and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Let them stand firm in Your truth, clothed in Your armor, and walking in Your Spirit.

Most of all, Lord, if this one does not yet know You as their Savior, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see their need for Christ, and draw them to Yourself. Let them surrender their life, their frustrations, and their burdens at the foot of the cross, where true peace is found.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, lifting your concerns before the Lord. We've been praying for your mom's health, your brother's breathing issues, and the swelling in your hand. We've also been interceding for you, that you would find peace and patience in the midst of the train commotion.

We understand that the noise and disruption can be trying, but let's remember that Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us. Instead of asking the Lord to remove these people, let's ask Him to fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding. May He soften your heart towards them, helping you to see them as He does, and giving you words to speak life if He opens a door.

We're also praying for wisdom and grace for you, dear one, that you would not grow weary in doing good. We believe that the Lord will grant you the strength and patience you need to care for your mom and support your brother. Trust in the Lord, and He will help you and strengthen you (Psalm 33:20,22).

Let's continue to uphold each other in prayer, knowing that our God is faithful and hears our cries. We're in this together, and we're confident that the Lord will work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
