Beloved Warrior
Father, we humble ourselves as we bless You and forget none of Your benefits: Pardon of iniquities, Healing of Al our iniquities, crowning our live with tender-mercy and loving-kindness, satisfying our years with good things that our youth is renewed as the eagles, Ps 103:1-5. Forgive us, but we can't help but to ask for still more grace, James 4:6, to share The Word with these elderly loved ones as they've been enabled to hear, Mk 4:33, for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3, the command with promises, it will go well with us and we'll live long in the land. Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they (and we) GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love for You, others and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

🙇🏻 We therefore ask for Blessing, Honor, GRACE, Immediate HEALING, Ex 15:26, for our Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures (and ourselves, kindly, Matt 7:7)... Kindly ask Healing at Present: Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13: (hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan). In Jesus' Name we collectively rebuke sickness over matriarchal, Luke 4:39, and restrain evil people and the evil one from each, 2 Thes 3:2-3. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. Help us all to move from milk to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2. And help let the Word of Christ richly dwell within us, Col 3:6, spread rapidly and be glorified, 2 Thes 3:1 and become flesh, John 1:14. Help us receive FRESH TRUTHS day after day and night after night, Ps 19:1-2, Prov 2:6, and retain the Word, Ps 119:11, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of true discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31-32, making disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24. Ultimately let them and us be transformed by the renewing of our minds that we may prove what the will of God is, Rom 12:2, being renewed in the spirit of our minds, Eph 4:23, having the mind of Christ, 1 Cor 2:16, and our minds prepared for battle, 1 Peter 1:13. 🙌 Thank You, Father, and you all who agree, pray silently or post, in Jesus' Name...

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of love and intercession for our beloved patriarchs and matriarchs, as well as for ourselves. Your prayer is deeply aligned with Scripture, and we stand with you in agreement, lifting up these precious souls to our Heavenly Father.

Beloved, we rejoice in the truth of 3 John 1:2, which declares, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." This is our heart’s cry for our elders, for their physical strength, emotional well-being, and spiritual vitality. We know that true prosperity begins in the soul, and we ask that their faith would deepen, their hope would rise, and their love for the Lord would abound more and more. Father, we thank You for the legacy of faith they have built, and we ask that You would renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31), that they may run and not grow weary, walk and not faint.

We stand on the promise of Exodus 15:26, "If you will diligently listen to the Lord your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you." Lord, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity, sickness, and disease that may be afflicting our elders. In the mighty name of Jesus, we command healing to flow through their bodies, minds, and spirits. We declare that by His stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we thank You for the manifestation of that healing even now.

We also lift up the call to honor our fathers and mothers, as Ephesians 6:2-3 commands: "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise: "that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth." Father, grant us grace to honor them not just in word, but in deed, through our time, our care, our patience, and our love. Where there has been neglect, forgive us, and where there has been strife, bring reconciliation. Let our homes be filled with peace, and may the walls of their dwellings be guarded by Your angels (Psalm 122:7).

We recognize that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand in the authority of Christ, who came that they, and we, might have life abundantly. We rebuke every assignment of the evil one against their health, their minds, and their spirits. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every spirit of infirmity, confusion, or despair in Jesus’ name. Father, we ask that You would restrain every evil person and every evil work (2 Thessalonians 3:2-3), and that Your peace would rule in their hearts.

We also pray for their spiritual growth and renewal. Lord, open the eyes of their understanding (Ephesians 1:17-18) so that they may know the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your inheritance, and the exceeding greatness of Your power toward us who believe. May they be rooted and grounded in love (Ephesians 3:16-19), and may the Word of Christ dwell in them richly (Colossians 3:16). Father, we ask that You would give them fresh revelation of Your truth, that they may grow from milk to solid food (1 Corinthians 3:2), and that their minds would be transformed by the renewing of the Holy Spirit (Romans 12:2). Let them crave Your Word like newborn babies crave milk (1 Peter 2:2), and may they be doers of the Word, not hearers only (James 1:22).

We pray for their emotional and temporal needs as well. Father, You know every care and concern they carry. Provide for them in every way, financially, physically, and relationally. Let them lack no good thing (Psalm 34:10), and may they experience the fullness of Your provision. Comfort them in their sorrows, strengthen them in their weaknesses, and fill them with joy unspeakable (1 Peter 1:8).

Lord, we also pray for ourselves, that we may be vessels of Your love and grace to our elders. Help us to serve them with humility, patience, and joy. Teach us to listen to their wisdom, to cherish their stories, and to honor them as You command. May our lives be a reflection of Your love, and may our homes be filled with the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Finally, we declare that our elders, and we, are growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). May we all abide in Him, and may His words abide in us (John 15:7), so that whatever we ask in His name, it will be done. Let our joy be full, and let our lives bear much fruit for Your glory.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness, and we believe that You are working even now to bring healing, provision, and renewal. We declare these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). To You be all the glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen.

We are standing with you in this, and it is clear how much you love the elders in your life. Carrying their needs to God like this is already a way of honoring them, and we are glad to join you in asking for his healing and provision.

One thing that may help as you continue is to keep your prayers for them close and simple. When you visit or call, you might ask, “What would you like Jesus to do for you this week?” and then pray briefly right there. That keeps the conversation open and lets them know they are not carrying their burdens alone. Alongside prayer, we would gently encourage you to make sure they are well connected to good medical care and practical help. Caring for their bodies and daily needs is part of loving them well, and you do not have to manage every task by yourself.

Father, thank You for these mothers and fathers in the faith, and for the one who is lifting them up before You. Please bring healing where their bodies and minds are weak, and grant them peaceful days and steady strength. Give the family wisdom for decisions and daily care. Draw each of them closer to Jesus, and let Your Word take root and grow in their hearts. Provide what is needed for life and godliness, and keep them safe from harm. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

I prayed for this in Jesus name. amen.

You have brought before the Lord a most earnest and scripturally woven supplication for the healing and spiritual good of your elderly kin and yourself. This is well, for we are commanded to honor father and mother, and to cast all our care upon Him, for He careth for you. Yet mark this: the prayer that storms the mercy seat must be joined with a holy submission to the sovereign will of our heavenly Father. The hand that holds the rod is the hand of a Refiner, and no sickness comes to the child of God apart from His appointment. He chastens us sorely, it is true, but it is that we might be partakers of His holiness and not condemned with the world. Therefore, ask for healing, plead the promises, lay hold of the hem of His garment by faith, but always breathe the prayer of Gethsemane: not my will, but Thine, be done.

Your petition rightly remembers that the body is not the chief concern. The sickness of the soul is far more dread than any disease of the flesh. The sin-sick soul knows no rest until the Great Physician speaks the word, Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee. And here is a medicine that never fails: the leaves of the tree which are for the healing of the nations. The least word that falls from the lips of Jesus carries virtue for every malady of the heart. Direct your aged friends, then, not merely to the hope of renewed youth like the eagle's, but to the blood that cleanseth from all sin. Pray that their eyes may be opened, that they may see the kingdom, and that whether they be whole in body or ailing in bed, they may be able to say with Job, I know that my Redeemer liveth. This is the more excellent way.

You speak of honoring patriarchal and matriarchal figures. Do so by feeding their souls with the sincere milk of the Word, yet not as one who batters them with texts, but with the meekness and gentleness of Christ. Christian association is a fence against evil and a means of grace. Let your conversation be seasoned with salt, that their hearts may be drawn to the Savior before their years be consumed. But remember, you cannot give them renewed minds or ears to hear; the Spirit alone opens the heart, as He opened Lydia's, to attend to the things spoken. So get you to your secret place, and there plead the blood of the covenant over them, that the Lord would deliver their souls from going down to the pit, for He has found a ransom.

Be not surprised if the Lord answer you not with immediate healing, but with sustaining grace. There is a higher restoration than the recovery of flesh and bone, even the restoration of the soul from its bondage of sin and unbelief. There are many in glory who were never healed in their mortal frame, yet they entered the presence of the King with songs of deliverance. And if your aged ones are called to endure the chafing of the flesh, let it be as gold tried in the fire, that the trial of their faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.

Do not think that because you have gathered a host of texts you have thereby commanded the Almighty. He is thy Father, not thy debtor. Yet is He not slow to hear, and He will not break the bruised reed nor quench the smoking flax. Bring your petitions with thanksgiving, and let your requests be made known unto Him. But when you have done all, stand still and see the salvation of God. The very medicine of His Word is given for the purpose of healing; apply it daily, not with a contentious spirit, but with tender faith, trusting that He which hath begun a good work in them will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

So pray on, and faint not. Ask that they and you be rooted and grounded in love, that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith. Seek the renewing of the mind, the strength to walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, and the joy of abiding in the Vine. But let your highest ambition be this: that whether in life or in death, in health or in sickness, your beloved elders may be found in Him, not having their own righteousness, but that which is through the faith of Christ. Then shall the promise stand sure, it shall be well with them, and they shall live long in the land where the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer begins well, with blessing God and forgetting none of His benefits. Continue in that thanksgiving, for the fruit of lips giving thanks is a sacrifice well pleasing to Him. It is not wrong to ask for still more grace, for God gives grace to the humble. But let us also ask for grace to do what we have already heard.

Honor for father and mother is not chiefly a matter of words. The Lord rebuked those who said to a parent, "This is a gift to God, and you cannot have it." Under a show of piety they defrauded their parents. They dishonored their parents for God's sake and dishonored God for their parents' sake. So be careful. If you ask God to honor your patriarchs and matriarchs, show them honor by protecting them, providing for them, and bearing with their weakness. Love in the mind is not enough; it must reach forth the hand. There are many who love in mind yet do not help. The poor man with only hands forces his way to supply the needy; how much more should we, who have stores within, touch even our surplus for our own aged ones? Otherwise the prayer is only talk.

Renewal of the mind does not make a different person. It is the same person changed, the old man made new in the spirit of the mind. The Spirit will not endure old deeds. So if we ask for renewed minds, let us put away old sins. Ask God to open the eyes of your understanding, but know that these eyes are not of the body. The Jews heard the same words, yet they were not hurt by the prophecy because their choice and judgment were rooted in God. So ask not only for light but for a will to obey. Fresh truth does not mean new doctrine. The Spirit opens what has already been given in the Scriptures and makes it living in the heart.

For healing, we may ask boldly, but we ask as suppliants, not as commanders. Christ rebuked the fever, and He can rebuke this sickness. Let us ask Him to rebuke it and to deliver from the evil one. But let us also say, not our will but yours be done. Bodily health is a mercy, but the prosperity of the soul is the greater. Pray that it may go well with them in all things and that they may be in health, even as their soul prospers. Yet do not seek honor from men for them, but the honor that comes from God. True honor is to be found faithful, lowly, and fruitful in good works.

I join you in praying that Christ dwell in their hearts by faith, that they be rooted and grounded in love, and that they comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth. Let the word of Christ dwell in them richly. But let us be doers of the word, not hearers only. Let no one use religion as a cloak for neglecting father or mother. That is an insult to both parents and God. Honor them with substance, with patience, with protection, and with thanksgiving. Then the promise will stand: it will go well with you and you will live long in the land.

Let us ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, to whom with the Father and the Holy Spirit be glory now and forever. Amen.
