Father, we humble ourselves as we bless You and forget none of Your benefits: Pardon of iniquities, Healing of Al our iniquities, crowning our live with tender-mercy and loving-kindness, satisfying our years with good things that our youth is renewed as the eagles, Ps 103:1-5. Forgive us, but we can't help but to ask for still more grace, James 4:6, to share The Word with these elderly loved ones as they've been enabled to hear, Mk 4:33, for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3, the command with promises, it will go well with us and we'll live long in the land. Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they (and we) GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love for You, others and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

We therefore ask for Blessing, Honor, GRACE, Immediate HEALING, Ex 15:26, for our Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures (and ourselves, kindly, Matt 7:7)... Kindly ask Healing at Present: Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13: (hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan). In Jesus' Name we collectively rebuke sickness over matriarchal, Luke 4:39, and restrain evil people and the evil one from each, 2 Thes 3:2-3. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. Help us all to move from milk to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2. And help let the Word of Christ richly dwell within us, Col 3:6, spread rapidly and be glorified, 2 Thes 3:1 and become flesh, John 1:14. Help us receive FRESH TRUTHS day after day and night after night, Ps 19:1-2, Prov 2:6, and retain the Word, Ps 119:11, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of true discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31-32, making disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24. Ultimately let them and us be transformed by the renewing of our minds that we may prove what the will of God is, Rom 12:2, being renewed in the spirit of our minds, Eph 4:23, having the mind of Christ, 1 Cor 2:16, and our minds prepared for battle, 1 Peter 1:13. We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of love and concern for our elderly loved ones, our patriarchs and matriarchs, and indeed for ourselves as well. Your prayer is a beautiful tapestry of scriptural truths, woven together with faith and a deep desire to see God’s will manifested in every area of life. We stand with you in agreement, lifting up these precious souls to the Lord, who is our Healer, Provider, and Sustainer.

First, we affirm the truth that our God is the God of all comfort and healing. The scriptures declare, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2 WEB). We hold fast to this promise, believing that God desires wholeness, spirit, soul, and body, for our loved ones. We rebuke every form of sickness, disease, and infirmity that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy their health, for Jesus came that they might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). In the name of Jesus, we command every affliction to bow to the authority of His name, for "by His stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). We declare that their bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we pray for divine restoration and strength, that they may rise up in the fullness of God’s purpose for their lives.

We also lift up the spiritual and emotional well-being of our patriarchs and matriarchs. The Word of God reminds us, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2 WEB). We pray that their minds would be renewed daily by the washing of the Word, that they would grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that their hearts would be filled with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Father, we ask that You would open their eyes to see the wonders of Your law (Psalm 119:18 WEB) and that they would crave the sincere milk of the Word, growing thereby (1 Peter 2:2 WEB). Let them not be hearers only but doers of the Word, that they may be blessed in what they do (James 1:22 WEB).

We also take this moment to honor the commandment with a promise: "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth" (Ephesians 6:2-3 WEB). We pray for grace to honor our parents and elders, not just in word but in deed, showing them the love, respect, and care that they deserve. Father, provide for every temporal need, financial, physical, and emotional, so that they may lack no good thing. Let them experience the fullness of Your provision, for You have promised that those who seek You will not lack any good thing (Psalm 34:10 WEB).

We must also address the importance of their spiritual foundation. If there are any among them who have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ, we pray for a revelation of Your love and salvation. For "there is no other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). We ask that You would draw them to Yourself, that they may confess Jesus as Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9 WEB). Let them experience the new birth, being born again by the Spirit of God (John 3:3 WEB), and let their lives bear the fruit of repentance and faith.

Father, we also pray for ourselves, that we may be rooted and grounded in love, that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith (Ephesians 3:17 WEB). Strengthen us to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which we have been called, with all humility, gentleness, patience, and love (Ephesians 4:1-2 WEB). Let us be vessels of Your love and truth, sharing the gospel with boldness and compassion, making disciples of all nations as You have commanded (Matthew 28:19-20 WEB).

We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and unbelief that seeks to hinder our faith. We declare that no weapon formed against our loved ones or ourselves shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church (Matthew 16:18 WEB). We stand on the promise that "if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us" (1 John 5:14 WEB), and we know that it is Your will for our loved ones to prosper and be in health.

Lord, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne. We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. We declare that Your Word does not return void but accomplishes what You please (Isaiah 55:11 WEB). We trust in You, our Rock and our Redeemer, and we commit our patriarchs, matriarchs, and ourselves into Your loving hands. May Your will be done in every area of our lives, and may Your name be glorified forever and ever.

We’re moved by the tender way you’re lifting up your elders, and yourself, before the Lord. Behind all those verses we can feel a heart that genuinely longs for your loved ones to know God’s healing, growth, and peace. That kind of faithful intercession is a gift you’re giving them every day.

When we pour ourselves out for others, especially those in our family, it’s easy to forget that caregivers also need to be cared for. Even the strongest servants among us can run dry if they don’t let someone else shoulder a burden now and then. So as you carry this weight, remember it’s not just okay but wise to accept a kind word, a meal, or a listening ear from others in your church or circle. Those small, concrete acts of kindness often do more for the heart than we realize.

Since you’re asking for both spiritual and temporal support, maybe there’s one simple, gentle thing you could do this week, like sitting quietly with your matriarchal figure and reading a Psalm aloud together, or arranging for someone to drop off a meal or help with a chore. Those moments of steady, quiet presence can become a quiet anchor, a way love takes on flesh right where they are.

Let’s pause and pray with you now.

Lord Jesus, we thank You for this prayer partner’s deep love and for the faithfulness they’re walking out day by day. We ask for Your healing touch on these dear elderly ones, strengthen their bodies, calm their minds, and let Your peace settle into their home. Renew the one who prays, too; guard their heart from weariness and fill the spaces that feel depleted. Surround this whole family with people who will practically support and encourage them. Give them daily grace to grow closer to You and to one another. In Your name, Jesus, we pray. Amen.

If he prayeth, it may be safely inferred that the breath of prayer arises from the life of faith. We will keep on praying. There is, then, an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things, as it were, about Christ, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood, affect the spirits and make the nature other than it was before. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord's people when they looked not for them. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said to him, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." Pardon and healing were one! So he lay there, in the Presence of Jesus, hoping and expecting forgiveness and healing. There was no intricate problem for him to work out in his mind. The Master said all that was required in that one sentence, "Your sins are forgiven you." He was in no hurry to be raised from his palsied state!

Those who honor Me I will honor. I believe that wherever parents thus seek the honor of God, God will honor their families very wonderfully. It is a filial, childlike fear, in the presence of one whom we deeply reverence, lest we should do anything contrary to his mind and will. Drive right straight ahead in the fear of the everlasting God. One of the most intense desires of every godly man is that there may be a succession of godly men. Oh, that our young men might be good men, so that when the old men pass away, the generation following them may be as good as their fathers. No, more, that they may be far better!

A cogent motive of desiring the renewal of our graces is to be found in the absolute necessity for it, if we would persevere. That unconscious apostasy from God will certainly be upon you, unless you have seasons of renewal. It is called in Scripture, conversion. The same power is exercised that was put forth in raising Jesus Christ from the dead. The healing power was conspicuously present when Christ was teaching. Jesus linked the healing with the teaching. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. The very leaves are healing, from which I gather that the least thing about Christ is healing. Yonder in Heaven, those faces which look so bright and comely, fresher than new born babes, owe their freshness to these healing leaves! God bless you! Amen.

You come before God with many words, and I see you have gathered a great cloud of Scripture to your lips. This is good, for the Word of God is a treasure. But consider: the devil himself can quote Scripture, twisting it to his purpose. The mind must be healthy, free from distorted phantoms, so that you recognize the true Gospel. Examine yourself: is your prayer a fragrant offering, or does it reek of self-seeking? For the Apostle says, love "seeketh not her own." You ask for health, for renewed minds, for honor to parents, for deliverance from evil. All these are fitting requests, but do you ask that you may consume them upon your own desires, or that you may abound in every good work toward the poor and the needy? I read your petition, and I see no mention of opening your hand to the hungry. You ask for temporal support, yet where is the cry for grace to sell your possessions and give alms? What excuse will you have, when those who have nothing but their hands force their way to find a supply for the poor, while you, having endless stores within, touch not even your superfluities? Be ashamed, all you who are rich in this world's goods, when I hear such words and see no fruit.

You ask that the Word might become flesh in you. That is a bold prayer. But know this: Christ became flesh and dwelt among us, and He emptied Himself, taking the form of a servant. If you would have the Word become flesh in your own life, you must empty yourself of pride and greed. You must not only pray against the evil one, but wage war against the passions that give him a foothold. You ask for a renewed mind, and rightly so, for the mind made turbid by evil thoughts mistakes the object. A disordered mind sees blessings without seeing the Blessed One, sees deliverance without seeing the Deliverer, and prays for long life without preparing the soul to meet God. Do not be hasty of spirit and thus foolish; be long-suffering, and your understanding will be great.

You ask for your elders to be established in the elementary principles of the Word, moving from milk to solid food. But I ask you: is your own hearing dull? The Word became hard to explain to the Hebrews because they were sluggish. Do not make it hard for the Spirit to teach you by coming with a full stomach and an empty heart. Come continually to this house of healing, write down in your mind the things you hear, and let the law of God be stamped by the Holy Ghost on your heart. Then no devil will dare approach you, for the King's writing will be there, and he will turn his back from afar.

You ask that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith. Good. But if Christ dwells there, He will bring a sword, not peace as the world gives. He will divide you from every sin, from every disordered affection, from every love that does not have His cross at the center. Do not confuse the work of God and the work of the devil. Hate sin with a perfect hatred, but do not hate the sinner. For the man is God's work, the deceit is the devil's. So if you pray against evil people, check your own heart first. Pray for them, that they may repent. Lest while you bind the devil, you bind your own soul with chains of bitterness.

Yes, pray without ceasing. But remember: the grace of the Spirit shows its strength by whomsoever it will. It is not from the knife, the skins, or the workshop of your own efforts that salvation comes; it is the gift of God. So humble yourself. You have asked for fresh truths day after day. Then do not merely be a hearer who forgets, but an effectual doer. Let your prayer be not only on your tongue, but on your hands and feet. Visit the sick before you ask their healing. Feed the hungry before you ask for temporal supply. Let the peace that surpasses all understanding guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, not the false peace of comfort, but the peace that dares to be at peace with enemies and with those who treat you unjustly. That is beyond human understanding, but it is the sure mark of God's grace.

Therefore, continue in the Word, abide in Him, and let His words abide in you. Then ask whatever you will, and it shall be done, for your joy will be complete. But that joy is not in health or wealth or long life alone; it is in laying hold of the life that is life indeed, which is Jesus Christ Himself. So I say with the Apostle: May He who has delivered you in such a way as mind cannot comprehend, guard you and secure you, that you suffer no true ill. But do not pray to escape all tribulation; pray to be kept from the evil one, that your faith not fail. The peace of God will be your garrison, not a comfortable garrison, but a strong city secure from the assaults of the enemy. So pray, but also watch, work, and above all, love. For without love, even if you speak with tongues of angels and have all knowledge, you are nothing. Let your prayer be born of love, and your love be proven by deeds.

Your prayer is a beautiful outpouring of Scripture, and it rises before the Father like incense. What strikes me first is how you have woven together the very gifts that God delights to give: the healing of our bodies, the renewing of our minds, and the grace to rightly honor those who came before us. There is a profound link between the prospering of the soul and our physical and emotional well‑being. Just as a merry heart does good like a medicine, so a soul that is growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ brings strength to the entire person. God’s desire is not merely to patch us up but to satisfy our years with good things so that our youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

When you ask for grace to honor elderly loved ones, you are touching on a command that carries a promise. The basic family structure, husband and wife, parents and children, is a foundation the enemy works tirelessly to erode. Honoring father and mother, even when those figures have their own deep failures, is an act of faith that aligns us with God’s order. Sin distorts that relationship, and sometimes we see the sins of previous generations passing down, causing real struggle. Yet as you honor them in the Lord, you stand under the promise that it will go well with you, no matter the brokenness behind you. The grace of God can break those generational chains.

Your request for renewed minds is the very heartbeat of transformation. The mind of a person is always governed by something: either the spirit, illumined by the Holy Spirit, or the flesh with its desires. The world around us seeks to press us into its mold, and evil always demands to be tolerated. But the fear of the Lord teaches us to hate evil, not to compromise with it, and to remove our foot from its path. As you let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly, your mind is being prepared for battle, your understanding opened, and your grasp of His will made certain. This is not just head knowledge; it is the way we prove what is good and acceptable and perfect.

And underneath all of your prayer is the mighty current of grace, grace that is greater than all your sin, grace that pardons and cleanses within. Never let the thought of your own failure disqualify you from receiving what God wants to do. Grace and works are mutually exclusive. When you ask for still more grace, you ask for what Jesus Christ died to give you freely. He gave Himself for our sins precisely to deliver us from this present evil world. The evil one and the evil people who trouble you are under His feet; He keeps you from the evil one and sanctifies you by the truth. Rest in that deliverance. Accept what He brings into your life as from His hand, and trust that what He removes was not meant for you.

I join my faith with yours for the healing and protection of those you love. May you and your elders together grow up into maturity, rooted and grounded in love, with the Spirit of wisdom and revelation flooding your hearts. Use your body, your mind, your lips as instruments of righteousness. Bear fruit unto holiness, and the end is everlasting life.
