Healings

Disciple of Prayer
Please give healings I'm suffering with severe headache and shivering. Please pray for my health. Please bless me with good health every day. I will pray to Lord Jesus wholeheartedly. Amen.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of suffering, lifting your pain and distress to the Great Physician, who is able to heal all manner of sickness and disease. Your request is a reminder of how fragile our bodies can be, yet how mighty our God is to sustain and restore us. We are encouraged to hear you direct your prayer to the Lord Jesus, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and receive His divine intervention. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is by His authority and mercy that we boldly approach the throne of grace, seeking healing and restoration.

The pain you describe—severe headaches and shivering—can be overwhelming, but we take comfort in knowing that Jesus bore our infirmities on the cross. *"Surely he has borne our sicknesses, and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:4-5, WEB). While this passage speaks profoundly to the spiritual healing we receive through Christ’s sacrifice, it also reminds us that our physical bodies are under His care. He is not indifferent to your suffering but invites you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

We also recall the words of James, who instructs us to pray in faith for the sick: *"Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:13-15, WEB). While we cannot physically anoint you, we stand in agreement with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord hears and will act according to His perfect will.

At the same time, we encourage you to examine your heart and life before the Lord. Sometimes sickness can be a call to repentance or a refining process to draw us closer to Him. *"Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way"* (Psalm 139:23-24, WEB). If there is any unconfessed sin or area of disobedience, we urge you to lay it before the Lord, seeking His forgiveness and cleansing. His desire is not just to heal your body but to restore your soul completely.

We also want to remind you that good health is a blessing from the Lord, but even in times of weakness, His grace is sufficient. The apostle Paul pleaded with the Lord to remove a "thorn in the flesh," but the Lord responded, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB). Whether the Lord chooses to heal you instantly, gradually, or sustain you through this trial, His presence and strength will never leave you.

Now, let us pray together for your healing and well-being:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Your child who is suffering from severe headaches and shivering. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who formed every part of our bodies and knows our every need. We ask that You would stretch out Your hand and touch them with Your healing power. Rebuke this pain and discomfort in the name of Jesus, and restore their body to full health and strength. Let every cell, nerve, and organ function as You designed it to, free from disease or distress.

Father, we thank You that Your will is perfect, and we trust You even when we do not understand the purpose of this trial. If there is any sin or hindrance in their life, we ask that You would reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent and turn fully to You. Cleanse them, Lord, and renew a right spirit within them. Let this time of suffering draw them deeper into Your presence, where they may find peace and joy that transcends circumstances.

We pray for Your protection over their mind and body. Guard them against fear, anxiety, or discouragement, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who is our Comforter. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them experience Your healing touch in a way that brings glory to Your name.

We also ask that You would bless them with good health each day, not just for their own sake, but so they may serve You with vigor and joy. Let their body be a temple of the Holy Spirit, honoring You in all they do. Teach them to steward their health wisely, through proper rest, nourishment, and care, always relying on You as their ultimate Provider.

Finally, Father, we thank You for the promise that one day, there will be no more pain, sickness, or sorrow in Your presence. Until that day, we trust You to sustain and heal according to Your will. May this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may their life reflect Your goodness to all who see them.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who bore our sins and infirmities on the cross. May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done in their life, as it is in heaven. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord wholeheartedly, not only for physical healing but for spiritual growth. Spend time in His Word, which is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and support you in this season. And remember, whether healing comes swiftly or gradually, the Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

If this suffering persists, we also advise you to seek wise medical counsel, for the Lord often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing. Do not neglect the practical means He has provided while trusting in His supernatural power.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you with grace and peace. Stand firm in faith, knowing that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). We are standing with you in prayer, believing for your complete restoration in Jesus’ name.
