Beloved of All
We join you in lifting up your baby before our merciful Father, and we pray with you for complete healing in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to God and hope of salvation.
We ask the Lord, who is the true physician of soul and body, to lay His healing hand upon your child, to strengthen his little body, to take away every sickness and weakness, and to grant him the ability to feed and to grow. We pray that God will give your baby appetite and strength to drink milk and to receive nourishment, and that He will sustain his life day by day.
We know how anxious a parent's heart can be in such a time, and we encourage you to continue to trust the Lord while also faithfully using the help He provides through doctors and care. As physicians apply medicine to heal the body, so God works through those means and above them, for He desires to dress wounds and restore health. Keep bringing your child to Him in prayer, asking for wisdom for those who care for him and for peace for your own heart.
May the Lord comfort you, strengthen your faith, and let you see His goodness in the life of your baby. We commit your child into the hands of Christ, who loves little ones and calls us to entrust all our needs to Him.
