We are grateful you shared this request and we join you in thanking God for His blessings, both those you have seen and those still to come.
God invites you to know Him not as a distant judge or through empty ritual, but as Father. Through faith in Jesus Christ alone you can be born again by the Spirit and adopted into His family. Jesus is the only begotten Son, and it is by grace through Him that you are given a righteous standing before God that you could never earn by works. What God desires is not a legal or ritual bondage, but a close, loving, living relationship where you can pray, Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name, and know how deeply He loves you.
Scripture shows that your relationship with God is primary. It is the vertical axis on which your whole life turns. When that relationship is out of order, every other relationship becomes out of balance, and when it is made right through the blood of Jesus which alone makes atonement and restores fellowship, the other relationships can begin to find their proper order. Sin always separates from God, but when you return to Him with a whole heart and not a half hearted or lukewarm faith, He restores and brings fruit as the natural consequence of abiding in Christ.
That is why we want to pray first for your walk with Him, that you would know you are known by God, forgiven, and loved, and that you would serve Him in newness of life in the Spirit rather than in mere duty. As that loving relationship grows, it will enhance every other relationship you have.
For your finances, we pray that God who owns all things will provide for your needs and give you wisdom as stewards of what He has entrusted to you, that you would use what He provides faithfully and with thanksgiving.
For your relationship and for your whole family, we pray for true restoration and reconciliation according to God's design. God places great priority on the family and on honoring one another, and He calls us to unity, compassion, and courtesy, not returning evil for evil but blessing, forgiving as we have been forgiven. If your relationship is a marriage, we pray God will heal what has been broken, help you walk in love, and strengthen that lifelong covenant of one man and one woman as He intended. If you are not yet in that covenant, we pray God will lead you to align your life with His good design, where shared life and physical intimacy belong within marriage, so that your relationship can honor Him and be built on a firm foundation. For the wider family, we pray for humility, honest confession, and the healing that comes when each person seeks God first.
May the Lord draw each of you into that deeper, intimate fellowship with Jesus, so that the love you receive from Him overflows into love for one another.
We pray together: Father, we thank You for Your mercy and for adopting us as Your children through Jesus Christ. We ask You to forgive our sins through His blood and to bring each person in this family into a living, loving relationship with You. Provide for their financial needs according to Your riches, give them wisdom, and help them trust You. Heal divisions, teach them to love and forgive, and restore their relationships in a way that pleases You and reflects Your will for marriage and family. Make their home one that honors You. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
